Our stay was excellent at the Stratford. The room was ready for an early check in when we arrived, spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and this made our stay really pleasant. It was to celebrate my mums birthday and they hand delivered a plate of chocolates. The location was perfect for ABBA Voyage which is the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again Thankyou!

There was an issue with my breakfast being included in the room, which I had paid for but the system did not acknowledge. This took longer than it should have done to sort out by the staff at the reception desk, however they did on the morning of check out. Otherwise I can’t fault the hotel.
