I hate it, as a five star hotel, they gave me a room with pillar. bed is small for two people. Lobby Sucked. Its a apartment complex and couple of story hotel

Love this hotel

We love this hotel and always seek to stay here when visiting London. We did, unusually, have a couple of issues with our room from an over flowing shower to a broken wardrobe door. Fortunately the staff were very understanding and did their best to rectify things. The Saturday afternoon vibe was amazing with a live DJ in the lobby bar. Breakfast was excellent tho they must have changed chefs as the avocado toast was different. Not a complaint. We will be back!!

Lovely hotel, great that there is parking right next door which is very reasonable. Staff so friendly and very helpful, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere will definitely stay here again.
