Our stay was excellent at the Stratford. The room was ready for an early check in when we arrived, spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and this made our stay really pleasant. It was to celebrate my mums birthday and they hand delivered a plate of chocolates. The location was perfect for ABBA Voyage which is the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again Thankyou!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly with all the information I needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, though I think the variety at the Counter could be improved. The shower booth design might not suit everyone’s taste, but I got used to it after a day or two, so it wasn’t really inconvenient. The soundproofing, however, could be better.

Beautiful modern hotel close to Stratford station. Staff very polite and professional. We got upgraded for free due to it being my husbands 40th, and they had left a lovely card for him in our room. Incredible service, thank you so much to whoever was the star behind that. Bed was incredible, large shower and I loved the ability to dim the lights in the bathroom to have a full on spa experience with the lovely soaps and lotions provided after a long day out. I wish there was a shower cap provided in the little bathroom kit, but I managed with an asda bag lol. Air condition worked well, tv had loads of options and we had a lovely view in to some communal gardens/allotments. We will absolutely return. Unfortunately, although we ordered breakfast it was NOT included when we came down for the lovely looking breakfast buffet in the morning. A huge letdown. In the confirmation email from hotels.com it clearly states breakfast included, and I am 100% sure it said it was included when I booked the room. The hotel had no information from Hotels.com that we had ordered breakfast, so if you book a room here through Hotels.com make sure you contact the hotel in advance to make sure you actually get your breakfast.
