La proprietaria nonostante avessimo pagato non ci ha neanche fatto entrare nella stanza dicendo che fosse overbooking risultato abbiamo dormito per strada tutta la notte a causa di negligenza e mancanza di rispetto. Meriterebbe di chiudere. Maleducazione e scortesia . Ad oggi dopo 5 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
