Nice clean hotel staff were very friendly. Only would say mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and bunk beds creaked over all amazing location with everything you need on your door step will hopefully be coming back

We really loved this property. It had mixed reviews but the location is near the tube and eating and price was very reasonable. Our room had AC, window and a shower. Staff was very nice, properly was clean and in a safe area.

Great location, near to plenty of places to eat and drink as well as a tube stop. Staff were friendly helpful. The rooms are small and the lift was out of order when we were there, but for a stop over it was fine. The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. AC was on but didn't seem to do a lot, however there was a fan in the room as well which was fine.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location 1 block away from earls court tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants. There is construction on the building right next door and across the street. So noise was prevalent. It make take 1 more year for this to be over. Be aware, I found bugs and ants in my room. Front desk promise to Deep clean, but couldn’t move me to another room/full occupancy. The halls on the 3rd floor are small couldn’t extend my arms and I was able to touch the ceiling. I am 5’7, medium frame. The lights are motion activated so it wasn’t safe especially if you are trying to pull out your keys. Lights go off and it’s peach dark. Stairs are dangerous to use. These have thick carpet and these were for small feet. Only 1 lift for 2 people, which it is use to bring trash down so it smells. It was down for 1 day, but they offer to bring my luggage for me, so customer service was great. If a Quiet area, Safety and clean rooms are your priorities, find something else for the price.
