Very efficient and friendly staff. Room was small and had no window, but it was clean and had everything I needed for my 2-night stay.
Not on the Hoppa circuit and bus drivers did not know where it is. Tip - take Hoppa to Renaissance, it is virtually across the street. Price was good for Heathrow.
Staff very friendly and helpfull, it is old hotel but you will no staying inside mostly and in good and safe location (student area), very close to subway so you can go anywhere easily.
It was a very nice property. I did not like the baggage storage charge, but it was low.
Convinient loction by the airport. Easy check in/check out process. Friendly staff
GOOD: Location great! Close by theaters, British Museum, and subway station. BAD: Rooms are small and dated

Uncomfortable beds on site. All else was good. Great location. Breakfast was good.
