The room is spotless, the staff are lovely as always. This is my second time staying this year and I just want to keep coming back. Location is central and easy to get to. The breakfast is well prepared and served beautifully. I'll be booking again because it is nowy favourite place to take a break at.

Our 1 night stay was great. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and everything you could need is in the room. We especially loved the seed library, and the free drink voucher for my partners birthday was a lovely touch - would stay here again & recommend to others :)

DO NOT STAY HERE !! Style over substance have really poor facilities which ended up damaging an item of mine. The service of the hotel is good until you have an issue and then the way they act and treat customers is disgusting the switch up and the fact they take no accountability for there actions is beyond. The management team particular Claudia is rude and very disrespectful. Go else where you would never receive this kind of service at hotels such as Nobu who go above and beyond for there customers when an issue occurs. I will say there was one women on the front of house on the check in who is a credit to there company the most welcoming and gorgeous soul. One hundred don’t deserve to have someone like that working for them she is amazing. As for the rest of the service absolutely horrendous.
