Great location and quality and very attentive staff. Had a slight room mix up and front desk staff upgraded us and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Brand new facilities. Would definitively stay again.

the only downside was that my room window was right on the sidewalk (but that is to be expected in an old neighborhood like that). the staff is top notch. very nice, very professional - friendly and not obsequious, as can be the uncomfortable case at other high end places.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Very close to subway and park. Hotel is located on a side street so it's pretty quiet at night. There are several dining options just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient to the West End, just a few blocks from the Green Park Tube station. The room was on the small side, but had a very comfortable bed and a rather large bathroom. The hallway on the upper floors was not even (steps up and down), but that is typical for London buildings that have taken over what were separate properties over the years. The restaurant served an excellent full English breakfast. Overall an very good boutique hotel in a popular area.

Hotel was very nice and located across the street from a park that led directly to Buckingham Palace. The rooms are small for American standards but still very nice.

This was a really nice place for us. The staff was international and terrific. Very responsive and made us feel special. They were also particularly attentive to making sure we went with excellent excursion companies. A+ care.

Staff was fabulous! Good location. Room was extremely small even for London standards, but with very stylish, updated décor. Thought the amenities would be a little more upscale. Wonderful breakfast in very posh dining room.

Second visit to Flemings. This is a small, boutique hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located 2 blocks from Green Park underground. Wonderful restaurants close by, and within walking distance to several of the attractions that we wanted to see. We will return to this hotel.

This was just the briefest of stays -- unfortunately only for an overnight in London. However --the staff, the ambiance and the decorative hotel style -made it a real treat. The room -a single --was indeed very tiny. But since I was not in it much --it did not really matter much. However the staff -- both day and evening --were just awesome. I did receive a full English breakfast with my discount. I could not do it justice since I had to leave quickly after the restaurant opened at 8 AM -to catch the Heathrow Express back to LHR. Yet again --the staff at breakfast were all just as gracious and accommodating as possible. Would stay there again! Thank you all!

A perfectly located hotel in London's expensive Mayfair district. My room was quite small but comfortable. Restaurant and bar are downstairs and rather somber looking and feeling. Excellent staff.

Perfect location, very central. Easy to walk any where from the hotel. Right by Buckingham Palace and lots of shopping. Very nice rooms and great, friendly staff.

Amazing!!! Perfect location to visit the best of London!!! The staff was very friendly and well educated.

good hotel facilities, great staff , TINY ROOM !! - A reasonable experience, but could have been great if the room and bathroom were a decent size.

I'm a college student from the US and I stayed at the Flemings Mayfair hotel on a vacation to London. I got off of the Green Park tube stop and it was only a two minute walk to the hotel. I checked in and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but very nice. Located right off of Picadilly, there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The park was right there as well and Buckingham Palace was a 7 minute walk through the park right on the other side! There was really no beating the location and I felt so pampered staying in such a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel with staff who were so friendly and helpful. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels and this one definitely stacked up with them. I had a very enjoyable stay at Flemings Mayfair and I would easily stay there again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Everything would have been perfect if it wasn't for the demolition of the opposite building which involved drilling works from 8:00 am till early evening, which was clearly heard in our bedroom

This hotel is on an unassuming street (if any in Mayfair are) but it is an excellent location just a few short blocks from the Green Park Underground station and within walking distance of the West End theater district and Regent Street. The rooms were compact in size but very comfortable. All services were outstanding - their staff is very well trained and demonstrate a helpful attitude. The continental breakfast was a bit simple. The decor of the public areas struck me as dated in that it seemed to be an attempt to reflect the art deco era. This did not bother me as much as the fact that things seemed rather dark. We found the price to be moderate, particularly for London and for Mayfair.

Some construction going on next door but did not significantly interfere. Rooms on the smaller side but clean and has all amenities. Gym is a solid plus.

Flemings was a convenient place (logistically) near Green Park in Mayfair. There was a 50% off on the price tag so the hotel was certainly worth the value. The room was reasonably small, but still enough place to have a desk and work in the room. This is the center of London. Wifi was free in the room. The windows of my room were on the ground floor in a small street of Mayfair. It didn't bother me. I used the gym of the hotel as it opens at 6 am. All in, I could achieve all I wanted from this hotel.

Flemings is fabulous. I especially liked the room off the lobby where one could relax/read, etc., and even enjoy a glass of wine by the "honour system." Never have seen that before, and it was lovely. The staff are outstanding. The dining room is beautiful - elegant without being ostentatious, and the service was excellent. food delicious. the location is the best - enjoyed walking through Green Park and along Piccadilly. would stay there again on my next trip to London.

Great location. Initially booked into room across from construction but moved us. AC didn't work well on second room but fixed that. Bathroom in first room dangerous. Very responsive staff and unbeatable location but for expensive hotel wasn't quite worth the money.
