I stay here every time I come to Vegas. Love the Cabana suites!

Good check in nice staff easy process and we got “upgraded”

Well it doesnt have a pool, the front desk is very unprofessional. The room was very dusty and small.

After checking in, we went to our room. Upon entering, the room was still dirty. There was stinky subway trash left in the room. The floor was filthy. You could tell that the carpet had not been vacuumed. I called the front desk and asked for someone to come vacuum because thats gross. I dont want some strangers hair stuck to the bottom of my feet. NOBODY CAME AND VACUUMED. We stayed there 4 days and 3 nights. Even when when asked for service in the room, they still didnt vacuum. The bathroom had a think layer of dust on the tops of the mirrors, shower, and the backside of the bathroom door. The restuarant 1941 was overpriced for the food and service quality. Ive had better stays at other vegas hotels. When coming back to vegas, i will be staying somewhere else.

I like the room, it’s clean. Would come back here again.

The Hotel was fully booked up, and they upgraded my room to the tower. I'm not a gambler so I can't speak to the gaming. The casino had pretty good ventilating, and where you could smell the smoke, it was no worse than any other casino. The staff was swamped but maintained a professional demeanor. Got to my room and was pleasantly surprised by both the spaciousness and cleanliness. I was in room 905 and that side (odd numbers faces Freemont), which was not a problem until the sun went down. I was by myself, and after a long drive and a late dinner I was hoping to get a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, kiddy corner across freemont is a rooftop bar called The Commonwealth. All I could hear until 3 a.m. was the loudest and most aggressive bass I've ever been around (and I have a 12" Kicker Comp-R in my car). The next morning I went down and checked out a day early. The lady asked why and I told her it had nothing to do with the Hotel, but the 3 hours sleep i got thanks to the Commonwealth. She informed me they have been to court to get them to find a middle ground, but the court in effect said they can do as they wish. A nice hotel with good amenities at a fair price, two blocks from the Freemont experience, just request an even number room if you plan on getting any sleep (opposite side of the tower from the street).

It is convenient location. Near Las Vegas strip and sirport

Well everything thing was great and I would stay there again but the only thing that I wasn’t a fan of is that they charged me almost 15.00 a day to drink the water and so Forth that was in the room and we didn’t even drink it I was suppose to call them and Aguirre about it but probably to Late how could they charge for Something that wasn’t used

The parking is off site and the room was not clean there was feces on the toilet seat and the door did not feel securely closed when locked.

First room we got to, toilet didn't flush, the safe was missing batteries/broken, we didn't have any cups/glasses or the free water bottles, and the desk was missing the chair. Went down to our specific front desk(cabana) and they eventually took care of it and moved us but they gave some weird attitude about it, front desk didn't care to listen about the issues or even apologize. Eventually all worked out but did not expect the blasé vibe when the room was missing a ton.

Great customer service Clean rooms Great resturant selection

Love the feel of an era gone by. Food is excellent,so are drinks. Staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. I was given an upgrade on my room and mints and water daily.

I reserved and paid for a renovated room in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not have the room type that I had reserved. They placed me an an old style room that was not renovated. I did not want to stay in a room that looked like grandma's house. I was not happy. They didn't comp me or anything.

This the worst customer service I ever had in my life. The front clerk name Allan was very rude to me by throwing the receipt paper to me and theated us that even we already paid the room he could denied the room. Even the manager was very rude. So be careful with the clerk. He pointed us his finger accusing us the we were lying.
