My stuff went missing

My leather jacket and hat went missing... That fact alone totally spoiled my stay. If you plan to stay there make sure you triple lock your cloths and other valuables inside your suitcase. Good thing I locked my passport and other important documents in my suitcase when I left my room. I am not sure how my stuff disappeared… People with access to my room included the cleaning personnel but I have no proof of how my stuff disappeared.

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place

Great Location

Great area, nice clean rooms..... need microwaves... epic fail... lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.... other than that very comfortable stay.

Chicago South Loop Hotel

nice hotel in south loop area.

I appreciated the spacious (older but well maintained) rooms. clean. good beds. fridge and coffee maker, desk etc. functional business office with free printer. neighborhood seems fine during daylight hours. night is a greater concern. local italian restaruant 0.4 miles away. not much else around there. stayed there attending a meeting in the area and was a good choice for me.

Jaslin Hotel

New, clean, and convenient.

Nice, newer (2 years old) hotel right by the Chinatown entrance and a very short (20 minute) walk to the McCormick Plaza for conventions. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Seemed to be a safe area. A few restaurants around. The hotel did not offer breakfast, so went next door to the Starbucks. Was there just for one night, and the hotel staff was very helpful. They called taxis for us and let us stash our luggage for the entire next day while at a conference. Highly recommend the Jaslin!
