The staff were terrible. Most of the staff can’t understand English. Check out was supposed to be by noon, they will be knocking at the door by 9.30am asking you if you are checking out so they can starting cleaning the room and be done with their work on time. The lady at the reception so unprofessional. Too many policies that doesn’t favor their customers

The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and tasted good. The area around the hotel was nice and had plenty of options for dining. The drive into downtown Chicago wasn't bad.
