The staff was nice , my boyfriend woke up with bite marks (bed bugs) so I won’t be coming here again . You have to pay a 50 dollar deposit that u get back the next morning but it won’t come back to you within a week .i never been through this with any other hotel

The room smelled like smoke. The carpet probably needed to be cleaned and deodorzed.

Great front desk staff. Very welcoming and helpful. She called the room after we settled in to make sure everything was ok.

Hotel managers gave us great directions to our destinations.

It looked like it had be undated since I stayed there last time.

Staff was friendly. I reported a problem with the A/C unit and someone came right away to repair it. Overall room was clean. However we had to aske for towels everyday. And the room was only cleaned when I stopped by the desk to request it be cleaned.

The hotel was updated, the room was clean and neat. There were warm cookies in the evening. There was plenty of parking.

Great staff, hotel room bed was not very comfortable, refrigerator needed to be replaced, and room key pad was very difficult to get in the room.

This is a fine hotel. It's not amazing, but it's fairly clean and pretty safe but don't expect to be wowed.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are so very sorry to hear of the issues with your stay. We wish we were made aware of the incident you say your boyfriend experienced here at our hotel. We have preventative maintenance in place & we get serviced twice a month so we are very shocked by these claims. We would also like to let you know the $50 was an incidental hold that all hotels do. Most hotels are per night or even more. As long as there is not damage or smoking done in the room then that is returned to your bank through our audit run the night you checked out.
