This is the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair stuck all over the walls and grime could be seen everywhere. We actually tried to book a different hotel and just take the loss because we did not feel safe. The lock on the door had been kicked in from the outside. There was no hair dryer and no plug ins in the bathroom. I am pretty sure you would have nicer amenities in prison. It was absolutely horrible!!!

I was here due to a breakdown. Needed somewhere to stay that was close to the garage the lady at reception was super polite and helpful friendly asked for a room for the night as this was the only reasonable priced room. Price was great room is clean I did ask as it’s next to the train tracks are there freight trains was advised passengers only and they don’t run all hours must have been tired as I didn’t here anything. The room clean no surprises, bed comfortable tv worked and a/c bathroom was clean towels were thin but useable it’s a motel and not a 5 star luxury resort. Breakfast the reception advised from 0630-1200 it’s coffee and Danish pastry it’s kind of your typical no mess breakfast.

I was scheduled to have surgery the next morning and most of the hotels were booked in the area. We had the same issue many other reviewers had. Website said one price and when we got there it was $30 more!! It was only one night, so we gave it a try. Wrong move! The room smelled of cigarettes, there were stains all over the room, the bath towels wouldn’t cover an infant and the facility was FILTHY!!! We immediately booked a room miles away. There was no way I could sleep there! I kept waiting for the cockroaches and rats to come out!!!!

This place fit the bill for a inexpensive hotel close to Midway Airport in Chicago, We only would be there for maybe 5 hours before we needed to leave to catch our flight, so we didn't want to spend $150 - $200 for a room like a lot of the bigger chains in the area were charging. They didn't seem to have our reservation that I had made online, but thankfully since it was a Wednesday night...she had a room for us (she even upgraded us to a king size bed). The woman who checked us in was very friendly and even offered us free coffee and pastries in the morning if we were still around ~ we had to leave by 4:30 am so we missed out on that. The room was relatively 'clean' but the carpet was sticky. It definitely had a low budget vibe. There was no clock in the room and no extra bolt or chain for the door. Closet had no doors on it, not that we were unpacking anything. No worries, it all worked out. Bed was clean and sheets seemed fresh. Mints on the side table made me giggle,. I almost checked to see if the bed had a vibrating option with a coin box mounted on the side. (no such luck!) Would I stay here again? Yes, for the $75 we paid it was worth it for the short time we were there. If we had more time needed in our room, I probably would pay more for a bit nicer of a room and place. It only took us 5 minutes or less to drive and park at the airport and be on our way to the beach, Airport was literally just down the road. Worth it. Short and sweet...nice and cheap. ;)

The motel was in a good location for me, and the rates were great, so I took a chance. Room was bigger than I expected, clean, and smelled fresh. Breakfast was just okay (but free). I was happy that the wifi was working in the room. Also, there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The people working there were all very friendly and recommended some places to eat. Will stay here again.

The website is all lies. They advertise $56.00 a night but was charged $82.00. All rooms DO NOT have flat screen TV's. The continental breakfast consists of as many Danish you can eat. There is a reason they don't allow kids. All you can hear is people having sex. The rooms are not clean. I was afraid to plug in the floor lamp in the room because the plugs were not safe. I did not sleep all night.

Our room was clean, so I can't complain. We stayed two nights in a king size room and were only there long enough to sleep and shower. It felt like taking a step back in time. They do not use computers in the hotel office and they give you an actual key for the room instead of a key card. The rooms are very basic and include bed, night stand, phone, mini fridge, microwave small table w/ 2 chairs and bathroom. No alarm clock, no information for surrounding activities, no in room coffeemaker, no frills at all. Although the room was clean, everything looked very old. It could definitely use an upgrade. It just has the feeling of a sleazy by the hour type hotel and the fact that there are 2 free porn channels just make it feel more that way. We were not expecting that as we were flipping through the channels!! The price is pretty good and we didn't have any issues, but I'm not sure I would want to stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel and was given my room key. I went to my room, only to find that there were NO dead bolts on the room door and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. I tried to be nice and told the front desk. Instead of giving me a refund, they had me run around to 4 different rooms to see if I liked any of them. Two had no dead bolts, one had a broken one and the last one was loose. It was late, I was tired, and I didn't have the energy to fight for a refund PLUS try to find another hotel. So I took the last room and put the dresser in front of the door. From now on, I'm staying at chain hotels when visiting the Chicago area.

WOW!! Just rented the VIP suite and it was very nice. The best thing I liked was the private entrance. Plus, very roomy and they had a cool TV and a big jacuzzi. I liked it a lot and I will be returning.

I use to come to this place a while ago but I stopped because there were too many issues however when i returned i was impressed. Fresh and clean sheets, new bathroom doors and theres a fridge and microwave. The only problem I had was the tv. It kept going in and out showing a orange screen. Other than that I was satisfied. Its the perfect place to go when you just want to relax and take a weekend break!
