this hotel was a big disappointmentl! no service was received during my stay at this hotel. Room was never cleaned for 3 days despite me asking for it daily. Manager even came and took pictures of the dirt on the furniture and on the floor. There was a white powdery substance all over the corners. I told him on a daily basis that we have allergies and they need to vacuum. The room was NEVER cleaned along with the bathroom. The trash was never taken out so we had 4 full bags of trash in the room. There was no shampoo or soap as well, one time I was in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty, so I called my daughter to talk to the manager. while I was waiting in the shower the manager took 15 minutes to go look and brought back a bottle that was 10% full. I didn't even know how to put it in the dispenser. On my last day, I've had enough and invited the person that was at the front desk. I showed him the towels that were laying as a mountain for days in the bath, the overfilling trash cans, the non-vacuumed floor. I was frustrated and he raised his finger, got out of the room and threatened me by saying: "Do NOT talk with that tone with me. Don't you dare raising your voice at me. I am NOT the manager and this isn't my job." I was surprised and asked him "Are you serious? you represent the company, you are the only one here, I am going to complain to you." He dismissed me saying that I can talk to the manager in the morning. In the morning I left without saying anything
this is half of the trash that was overfilling in the room.
Never bed done , we didn't have a sign on the door, so no excuse here.

Not many choices for breakfast. Rooms show patch jobs on walls and other fixtures performed poorly. Bedding looked old. Not enough towels/wash clothes. Tub was dirty

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn't have a number of channels listed on the guide. The bathroom tub was a little stained. The chair in the room you could tell was bent somewhere and not completely sturdy.

This was a very small hotel which I didn't mind, but some of the items in the room I stayed(317) need a(n) upgrade/replacement...like the desk chair, the smoke detector, the bed frame and the entire carpet in that hotel. Overall, the room was cleaned and didn't have any bad smell. I appreciate that it has a microwave and a refrigerator. Not much to watch on the TV, but I didn't really care. The one thing I really did not like was the metal framed bed. It is slightly bigger than the mattress. When I first got in the room, I kept hitting the left side of my leg which caused a bruise. The front desk staff was friendly. "Continental" breakfast is what you'd expect it to be, quiet neighborhood, and had enough parking. I didn't mind my stay cause there are way worse hotels than this.
