I was so disappointed when I found out they took the pool out. The staff was excellent and very inviting. They were doing remodeling so everything was out of place. The rooms were clean but the smell was musty and funky. I stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and it was wonderful. The food for breakfast was hot but everyday it was hair in the sausages and that turned me away. I didn't go back down there. I was truly not pleased this time around. Hopefully when they are done with the remodel it will get better.

I did not the environment, with debris scattered all over the place.

It looks horrible like a vacant house going through construction when you walk in plastic hanging up

coffee pot was in the bathroom, very inappropriate location, and towels were very dingy and worn, did not use face cloths. hotel staff was very nice, upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost when we needed a one bed instead of two and they didn't have it available.

My partner n I love staying at this hotel when we need to get away. We've stayed her a couple of times, the only thing was we found hairs that weren't ours in the sheets and of the cleaning lady's was a bit rude to some guest and bothered us.

Good value for trip. Beds comfy, bathroom clean, staff nice. Quiet location.

The hotel was great. Spent a weekend there with my family and my kids loved the pool and breakfast. I would recommend to friends.

Average budget hotel by Midway. You get what you pay for and this was one of the more economical options by Midway but with that comes not very comfortable beds, paper thin blankets, hand towel sized bath towels, Cicero traffic noise. It was ok for one night, so I would only recommend if you need a cheaper Midway option for a night.

The hotel was clean. It had a work out room, pool and good breakfast. It is convenient (right on Cicero!).

Continental breakfast bland, non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke - but right on Cicero. There all week & got used to it!

the staff was warm and friendly. Helpful when needed.Morning breakfast was well prepared.

I wouldn't stay here for more than 1 night. The room was clean but the beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. Towels had multiple stains (permanent I hope). Pillows were so old they were really lumpy and had no shape. Ok for a night before catching a flight if you can't afford something nicer .

My room was great. (Light bulbs could be a bit brighter, though.) Clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful, esp. graveyard clerk. Lobby kinda "cold" and institutional looking. Coffee good. Hash browns soggy and under-cooked. Yoghurt would have been a nice touch. Overall, I will come back!

It was a nice place with great staff but the AC wasn't working and the fitness room only had a treadmill.

The rooms were dark and dreary. Needed a paint job and wallpaper peeling. Seemed a bit run down.

There was a loveseat size sofa bed in the room that I believe should have been on the side of the road for collection by the garbage truck. It was so dirty and had gross looking stains on it. My wife and I refused to go near it. I complained and the only remedy I got was a linen cover to put over it. I was told that it would be removed but that did not happen during my four night stay. Very bad service. The room was arranged poorly with the desk and chair at the foot of the king size bed.It was difficult for a person to pass by while someone was sitting there. It should have been in the place where the TV was. The TV in the room was the old style tube type with poor picture quality. The coffee maker had the wrong carafe and did not allow the brew to dispense. All the contents stayed in the top. I had to manipulate it to get the coffee out. The desk clerk did replace it with the correct one. The heater in the room struggled to keep the room warm. The temperature outside was in the low 30 degree range and the room always felt cool instead of warm. Some rooms had microwaves and a small refrgerator, mine did not. This was my worst hotel experience. I will not go back.

Spent three nights .. Location is good but the room not that clean .. I had to ask for extra towels .. Iron and napkins..

Hotel and staff is average. However it is located in a great convenient spot, close to Midway Airport, shopping, eating establishments and access to a major expressway.

This hotel was not easy to find from our directions. The picture of it was much better than it actually looked. It was not in a great part of town. However, it was clean. It was a last minute trip to Chicago for shopping Wanted to find a place with free parking and was easy to get into the city. This hotel was just a couple miles from the train station and an easy commute into the city. It was okay for as little time as we spent there, but I would not go there again because of the part of town. If I had not had a car, I would have stayed in the city.

I had to attend a wedding in Northern Indiana - a quick weekend turnaround. Very convenient to airport and a good value.
