I have stayed in many Comfort Inn and Suites around the country. This one did not match the standards I have come to expect even though the price was higher than most places I have stayed. The door card reader on the first room they gave us was broken. The second room did not have a refrigerator in it. The staff was quick to provide one once we asked for it but it seems like that should have been noticed ahead of time. In general the facility just seems worn down and old. But the bed was fine and the location was good for what we needed.

nice big room! mostly its all good things to say, we were in town for work, so was everyone else in the hotel! place was hopping at 5am. Not a great stay for those with noise sensitivity to being woken by trucks all firing up at 5 or 530am, but quiet otherwise

The sofa couch was bear. Just a mattress. No lining in the closet. Front desk only offered two sheets. No pillow available, no blanket available. The mattress was stained with yellow marks and blood. The pool was nasty. Could not see the bottom.

Great staff- helped us find local businesses . Right off the Interstate.

I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel, especially for the price. The "heated pool" is very small and too cold to swim for more than about 15 minutes (and there was stagnant water, tiny pool towels, lots of chlorine). The water heaters could not keep up with the demand for morning showers - we had to settle for a quick, cold rise off and a warm shower later in the day. The staff was pleasant and did their best, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to many restaurant options and easy to find just off the highway. I would choose one of the many other hotels close by, if we ever need to stay in Lansing, IL again.

Very pleasurable experience with a extremely curitious staff...

Hotel is right off highway, easy on, easy off. Room was clean and staff was polite. Would stay again.

Second time at hotel. Not a bad stay, will stay at again.

THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS EXCELLENT,BUT COMFORT SUITES IN NORTH SUBURBS ARE BETTER. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMALL,THE OTHERS HAVE THE QUEEN BED PARTIAL DIVIDER AND SOFA BED W/DESK.

People were friendly. The staff was knowledgeable. the pool was small. the exercise room was also small. the location was quiet.

The hotel was great for the night we stayed. The price fit our budget and comfort level for the occasion in Chicago.

The Comfort Suites in Lansing was comfortable when you walked in to the Inn. Our room was a bit hot. The air conditioner was dirty. Although when we asked that it be cleaned it was. The pool area was nice though small. The exercise room had equiptment that needed attention. The bike did not work. The treadmill was fine. The eliptical was very noisy. The Inn was close to where we had our family reunion. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of where to eat and get gas. We were happy with the King size bed. and the lay out of the room. we would go back if we were in the area agin.
