Had a great stay over the memorial weekend with my family and another family

I went for mothers day and it was beautiful to see the sunset and the sunrise. Very close to everything food, hikes, and shopping.

Great service and reception. Located near the lake. Great launching point for our activities.

We like this hotel for the fact that it is location in a nice area. Safeway is just across the street. easy access to the beach to walk around and relax. I've only eaten at the onsite restaurant once only, and it was okay. As for the cafe on the pier, it's seem to be close most of the time. Oh, my main reason for choosing this hotel is because they allow pet. The hotel has a sliding patio door that give you access to the backside that has grass. It's great for dog if he has to go.

Excellent, very professional staff, friendly and make people feel very comfortable, overall is a 100 % , service, keep the good work, thanks.

It was a great place to stay. Only complaint is that you can totally hear your neighbors upstairs walking around. But everything else was great. You don't have to go anywhere far to eat as there's a small restaurant in the lobby area. A block away from Heidi's breakfast. And right across the st from Safeway. Staff is super friendly and housekeeping super sweet and helpful. Definitely will be coming back soon

The room was clean and eveyone was friendly. our room led right to the beach. We are already planning to go back in a couple of weeks.

Really cozy. I love their idea of refilled products for the shower. Great job on taking care of the environment.

It was pleasant..close to the beach. It was very clean and quiet considering it was near to the main street/highway.

Place is nice and it is by the lake. We had a partial view of the lake and we were in the lower level. We can hear the people walking above us.

Our five night stay was very pleasant. The lake view balcony room on the second floor was nice. The room appeared a little small due to us choosing a king size bed which took up a lot of the floor space. We were able to keep the balcony door open at night for us to enjoy the fresh, crisp July mountain air. The gentle waves coming onto the shore reminded us of some of our tropical trips. Watching adult vacationers enjoy their stay, listening to the distant laughter of the children and watching the dogs playing on the beach were soothing and entertaining. The four lane road in front of the hotel was busy. We were near the shoreline therefore the road noise did not carry to our room. The road noise could be a problem if your room was near the road without keeping the windows closed and the air conditioning running. The advantage of the busy commercial road is there are restaurants, grocery stores, shops and a drug store that one can walk to nearby. We like not having to take our car every where and enjoyed the walks. The hotel staff promptly attended to all our requests.

They charged my credit card even though it was prepaid. Had to get it corrected. Walls and floors are too thin can hear your neighbors

When I booked this hotel, it gave me one price, but when I finalized the booking online. the price changed and went up by about $70! I tried to report this to Orbitz, but after trying about ten times, got nowhere. They make it exceedingly difficult to try and report this kind of thing, so I gave up, which is what they want, I am sure.

Great hotel. Awesome location right on the beach. Directly across the street from Safeway. The rooms are comfortable and clean but a little on the small side.

Nice hotel. Will come back again. Reasonable price convenient location. Very nice beach.

They never pick up the phone. I've left messages and they don't call back. This place was nothing great, but it'll do when everywhere else is booked up.

Overall was very happy with the location, hotel, staff and overall trip. I think the only negative would be that the bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn't too bad. Just a little too bouncy.

The rooms are awesome, and the location and price can't be beat! I highly recommend staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed for Valentine's Day weekend. The bed was so comfortable and the decor was fun and classy. Our highlight was our dinner at the Boathouse.

It was cold outside & the heater took a while to heat up the room you would assume that the heater is either turned on OR works instantly when you arrive. We had to put our coats on for a bit while the room got a bit warm. The water drip from heater was right on the patio so going out that route we both almost fell down a note at the door that during winter there is danger of this issue would have helped. We used the jacuzzi & like others mentioned it's next to a parking lot so you get light in your eyes as cars enter/leave a simple shade on one side would prevent this issue. It was dark but the place looked a bit unclean (imagine at 9pm in Dec if you can see... what it would be in morning) Room: - Small but bearable, we were just two of us - Beds could be a bit more comfy - It's a small hotel with nearby food place to get things you need, ideal if you are just in town for some snow action
