Good place, nice view to the lake! The only bad thing was that they didn't clean the room everyday like it should be.

Decent hotel near casinos, markets, and restaurants.

Amazing experience! Partial Lake View was basically full lake view! No complaints at all! Easy parking, pretty quiet, great breakfast buffet, great staff! Everything was perfect for our wedding weekend!

Convenient location - right on the beach. The hotel has a pool and hot tubs. Overall just an OK stay.

Highly recommended on the water resort on the water. Onsite facilities were great. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The house keeper didn't clean our room once. Even after I called the front desk. The rooms are small. They have 2 fulls instead of 2 queens. Having the man made beach is nice and being able to get beach chair for free is a plus.

Almost got into a fight with the restaurant server at the restaurant. Very rude. I don't believe he wants to be there.

First and foremost, the staff for the most part was lovely and very hospitable. The only bad experience that I had was at the restaurant when I had gone in to place a dessert order to go. I sat at the bar for about five minutes without anyone saying a single word to me before I finally just left. The location of this hotel was great and one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel when looking for a place stay in Tahoe. However, we were less than happy with our room. When we first got to our room, my husband soon realized that the door was broken and anyone could just walk right in with a key. We called the front desk and were told maintenance would be by to fix it soon. I tried to ask for another room as we weren't planning on staying in the room for long and wanted to get out to explore. However, he said it wouldn't take long and if they couldn't get it fixed, then we could move. Needless to say, they were able to fix it after about 40 minutes but still felt as though we had wasted some of our time and didn't feel great that the door was now "rigged up". Additionally, the floors on the room were dirty and didn't seem as though they had been vacuumed. There was also a ton of sand in the bathroom. The shower head also didn't move much which made it difficult for our small children. All in all, great location but not the cleanest.

Had a great stay over the memorial weekend with my family and another family

I went for mothers day and it was beautiful to see the sunset and the sunrise. Very close to everything food, hikes, and shopping.

Great service and reception. Located near the lake. Great launching point for our activities.

We like this hotel for the fact that it is location in a nice area. Safeway is just across the street. easy access to the beach to walk around and relax. I've only eaten at the onsite restaurant once only, and it was okay. As for the cafe on the pier, it's seem to be close most of the time. Oh, my main reason for choosing this hotel is because they allow pet. The hotel has a sliding patio door that give you access to the backside that has grass. It's great for dog if he has to go.

Excellent, very professional staff, friendly and make people feel very comfortable, overall is a 100 % , service, keep the good work, thanks.

It was a great place to stay. Only complaint is that you can totally hear your neighbors upstairs walking around. But everything else was great. You don't have to go anywhere far to eat as there's a small restaurant in the lobby area. A block away from Heidi's breakfast. And right across the st from Safeway. Staff is super friendly and housekeeping super sweet and helpful. Definitely will be coming back soon

The room was clean and eveyone was friendly. our room led right to the beach. We are already planning to go back in a couple of weeks.

Really cozy. I love their idea of refilled products for the shower. Great job on taking care of the environment.

It was pleasant..close to the beach. It was very clean and quiet considering it was near to the main street/highway.

Place is nice and it is by the lake. We had a partial view of the lake and we were in the lower level. We can hear the people walking above us.

Our five night stay was very pleasant. The lake view balcony room on the second floor was nice. The room appeared a little small due to us choosing a king size bed which took up a lot of the floor space. We were able to keep the balcony door open at night for us to enjoy the fresh, crisp July mountain air. The gentle waves coming onto the shore reminded us of some of our tropical trips. Watching adult vacationers enjoy their stay, listening to the distant laughter of the children and watching the dogs playing on the beach were soothing and entertaining. The four lane road in front of the hotel was busy. We were near the shoreline therefore the road noise did not carry to our room. The road noise could be a problem if your room was near the road without keeping the windows closed and the air conditioning running. The advantage of the busy commercial road is there are restaurants, grocery stores, shops and a drug store that one can walk to nearby. We like not having to take our car every where and enjoyed the walks. The hotel staff promptly attended to all our requests.

They charged my credit card even though it was prepaid. Had to get it corrected. Walls and floors are too thin can hear your neighbors
