Flights Review

Dec 26, 2019

Good flight overall, but the seats are way too small. I'm a slim guy of average height and I still felt crushed. Can't imagine how awful the seats are for someone tall or heavy.

Very nice staff to help with transfer to gate at Dulles

Only downside is that using Orbitz meant my boarding zone was the furthest back it’s been in the least 8 years or so. No fun.

Great service.

Excellent flight!

My son left his hat on the plane, a hat that has incredible sentimental value after a near-fatal accident suffered by my son. Jame Ware, The Charleston, SC-based Baggage Claims manager went above and beyond to help us locate it. While we never recovered it, we were deeply impressed with James’ initiative, quick problem-solving skills, and compassionate caring customer service. PLEASE RECOGNIZE JAMES WARE FOR HIS EXCELLENCE, please. His email is James.ware@jetblue.com. Give him a raise and a gift certificate for a Cartibean cruise, please. He deserves it. It would be great to have a system where you could bring the gels/liquids as cargo without having to check the bag for $30. Perhaps for a small cost, purchase a small bag or box (i.e. $5.00), where the airline would bring it in the cargo of the plane (as opposed to the passenger cabin if there's a security concern) but not punish customers with a $30 baggage fee if they accidentally had something that was a little over 3 oz. liquid/gel.

Left on time, arrived early! Great flight!

Hated the xtra bag fees. Overhead bins were half empty on both flights and I had to pay to check my bag.
