I called the hotel to asked if my room was available and was told there was a queen bed available not a king and asked if I wanted to downsize. I told the hotel staff I was on my way. When I arrived I was told by the staff there was no room available and I had to wait. After about 15 minutes (2:45pm 15 minutes before normal check in) they said my room was ready. When I went to my room it was a queen bed. I asked since it was check in time if I would have the king bed. I was told by the staff that a queen room was cheaper that I paid for but they waved the early check in fee and were not going to provide me the difference in the amount I paid. I was shocked as I was never informed of this information. The only reason I agreed to downsizing my room was because I was told it was ready. After having to wait I would like what I paid of. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff that attended me.

Having to pay for breakfast is unfortunate and a reason not to return. Cleanliness of pool deck the morning after is a turn off and a sign of priorities. One elevator seems inadequate. The bed sheets were damp and a sign of either bad IAQ or cleaning staff. The furniture in the lobby is not comfortable and stained from the condensate dripping from the air supply grills above. Wil not come back here when in the area.

The property is fine. No complementary breakfast and the staff will ask for a room number to confirm if your breakfast is included. The extra fees/chargers were not clear before I booked and paid with Expedia When I arrived at the hotel I was charged a $50 deposit a night for 3 nights totaling $150.00 that I was not expecting (which is returned after your stay). There was also a tourism NON REFUNDABLE charge of $3.50 for each night. Last time I stayed at the Hyatt Place Lake Mary/Orlando North (I highly recommend)with complimentary breakfast and the rooms are larger.
