Great Ski Rental

Great property for a family ski trip. Walkable to River Run if you're ok with a 10 minute walk. Or a short drive. We did both. Several markets/restaurants within walking distance. Though we cooked every night. And only a 15 minute drive to the City Market for groceries. Second time in this development and we'll be back again!

The view was amazing, but the cleanliness & upkeep of this townhome was very disappointing & unacceptable for the amount we paid to stay here. All the showers had very bad mold & mildew, shower rails & towel rods were missing, the drains were clogged, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bath, some lights wouldn’t work, the Keurig didn’t work & much more, but too long to list. This townhome has been neglected & needs a deep cleaning & update.

Well stocked but clubhouse is closed

We took an end of the summer trip to Keystone! The townhome was Super roomy for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and spices. The bathrooms were not extremely clean and the could use an update. The location was good and we ventured to Breckenridge and Dillion for activities. Their is a view of the ski hill and mountain from the living room. Overall we had a fabulous trip!
