Over all the room was old and bed was terrible when we got there they said the elevator didn’t work definitely not what we expected for the area and the price was way too high for what we got
Booked non smoking both nights hallway and room smelled strong odor of marijuana first room we where in the AC did not work staff member was really nice switch our room
This was my second stay at this location and I have no complaints. Checking in was quick and painless. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Anytime I visit Jupiter this will be my "home away from home."
We paid an exorbitant price at this hotel due to "spring break". Housekeeping was lacking because we didn't request it? We should have had a mint on our pillow with the price that we paid. We will do VRBO next time. And get what we pay for. Very unsatisfactory.
Total fabrication of description. I walked in and walked out. You ripped me off. I checked in to a real hotel down the street. Your company is morally bankrupt
Great Facility, Clean, Affordable, Friendly Staff. We are already staying in this hotel for three years. Very close to the Beach, Park, Shopping Plaza, Gas Station and Pet Friendly. Highly Recommended

I arrived later in the evening and had to wait for the person at the desk to come back from fixing another guests TV. Got to my room and my TV wouldn't work either. Too late and too tired to call and complain. Used my phone to watch TV and relax.
I stay there for work, almost 2 weeks, the last night we got robbed. Our 26ft truck was oppened in the parking lot THE LAST NIGHT and $3000 in tools were stolen.
I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but I should make others aware of what they’re getting into ahead of time. Let me just say that the staff was super friendly. However, this hotel is extremely dated. Carpets are stained and filthy, shower stall was dirty (I wouldn’t shower barefoot and used flip flops). Shower water was cold and TV would power on, however, had “no signal.” Normally, I would’ve complained, but I checked in at 7 pm and was leaving at 4 am for an early flight so I did not bother. The deadbolt on my door was loose so I chose to barricade the door since some of the other people staying here looked like they could be trouble. This place from the lobby doesn’t look horrible, but when you get upstairs it looks like it could be a drug den.
If you are going on bussiness and choose there because is affordable and has breakfast then spend the extra $50 and go somewhere else

This hotel has been neglected and is in great need of repair & remodel.The one positive is that Robert, the Director of Guest Relations, addressed our complaints He s trying very hard to turn this place around.

Run down, holes in walls, interior door didn't work properly, room smelled like mildew.
TV didn’t work. Maintenance person not available till morning when we were checking out. Room smelled like stale smoke. Bed was comfortable.
