Perfect location to walk to anywhere you need! The staff was Amazing! A big kudos to Jeanette and Shawndy at the front desk for being fun and thoughtful! The beach access was great. Housekeeping was wonderful!

A little tired but still a favorite place

I have been visiting this hotel for over 5 years. The location is awesome. The beachside hotel restautant is the big draw. Food is good. Atmosphere and live music is fantastic. The oceanfront balcony rooms are awesome for sitting out and enjoying the view. The cons: hotel is tired and a little rundown. The parking situation is annoying and expensive. Hotel had a moldy smell in common areas this time and room amenities didnt work including door locks. For location and friendliness of staff, I would still return but I wish they would spend more and pay closer attention to maintenace

Lovely couple of days

Stayed here for the last two days of our US stay. Very warm welcome from the night manager even though it was past midnight when we arrived. I recommend paying the $7 at time of booking for the breakfast. It entitles you to the buffet breakfast, pancakes and omelette. The buffet is OK, fairly limited choice but with pancakes and omelette will definitely set you up for the day! We ate in the restaurant on the last evening. Decent amount of choice and what we had was hot and tasty. I recommend the clam chowder with fries and cheese, $12, I ordered as a starter but it is a huge portion! The pool is good, not too busy and lovely warm water with plenty of loungers. There is a small bar and they will fetch any drink you like from the main bar. You are also steps away from the lovely, warm Atlantic ocean and nice beach. Reasonably good nights sleep and room with balcony was good. Not keen on the door out to balcony though, doesn't open fully with ease or stay open, so watch those feet!

The check in was really late but the front desk guy was incredible. Every staff member i met at the hotel from maintenance to front desk was amazing. The halls on the 6th floor smelled bad. The room was super dated and not well maintained. It took literally 10 minutes one time for the shower water to heat up. The staff made this hotel great but definitely not the Crown Plaza experience we were expecting.

Service was great and we received a lot of help with requests. The hotel rooms weren’t cleaned properly. We had a king bed, 2 roll away beds, and 1 pull out bed. We kept having to request the roll away beds and pull out beds have clean sheets because only the king bed would be cleaned. There was another day where only the bathroom was cleaned up and stocked, but the room wasn’t cleaned. The swimming pool was very hot, so it wasn’t that refreshing.
