Late at night there were several guys just outside our window smoking at the entry portico and talking VERY loudly. After lying awake for over three hours we finally called the front desk. No improvement. After another hour I got up and dressed and went out and asked them if they could please tone it down, now nearly 1 AM. The front desk manager refused to accompany me outside. So we had a miserable night with minimal sleep. I suggested at checkout that the smoking area be moved to the picnic table at the south end of the building.
The area is old but the building front and grounds are nice and maintained. The rooms are damp and so therefore were the sheets. Not pleasant. The carpet is so old in the rooms that your feet are filthy. I needed to wear shoes the whole time. However, the staff were pleasant and housekeeping did a lovely job, giving the room special attention every day.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE, I AM WORKING IN THE AREA FOR A DAY OR TWO. I GOT IN LATE AND LEFT EARLY , SO I JUST SHOWERED AND SLEPT.
I visit keyser wv a lot the rooms are always clean and everyone is friendly. But is a little noisy at times
Quick and easy check-in. Room was clean and spacious.
We had to leave early but staff , rooms , service are great , even with the covid-19 still active still a great place to stay

Didn't know what to expect in Keyser, WV, but it was surprisingly a very nice hotel. Locally owned and maintained, the staff was quite friendly, and the service was excellent. The room was nothing special, but in great shape, and clean. I would go back tomorrow if need be. You would not be disappointed.
