Jordan at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I didn't get the name of the breakfast hostess but she was extremely friendly. Breakfast was served hot and the area clean.
Was in town for a softball tournament and this hotel was perfect. Close to many restaurants easy access to interstate and local highways. Room was clean and comfortable beds slept great room very quiet heard a few other guest doors in the morning but that was all. Front desk clerks jordan and dakota i believe were very friendly and very helpful in accommodating a late checkout. Breakfast the next morning was hot and constantly being refreshed. I would highly recommend this hotel for an easy and restful stay.
Let me first say that everything is newly remodeled. We stay here a lot on business and personal. The staff is the best out of all the hotels in Hopkinsville. What I cant understand is we have been here a week and now on Saturday we get styrofoam plates, WOW can we say CHEAP. Had to ask for a paper plates. Second where was the Greek Yogurt ? No toppings?. We are limited to what we can eat and all week we had this till now. MS. Lisa was kind enough to get it for us. Why would you put washed dirty linen back in our rooms? The housekeeper told us that was all we are allowed to have when we stay. We are now in question is our company getting what we paid for. We have paid you all thousands of $ in rooms and your now taking from us? We are diamond members maybe I shouldn't complain but The Hampton would not do this to us. We are paying premium rates and get sup-par amenities. I am questioning ownership now and why. My next stop will be with Choice Hotels, should I keep my staff here or move. Someone needs to fix the problems and fast.
Outstanding! 1st time in Hopkinsville for company business, so I took a chance by going with this hotel. So glad I made the Choice to go with Comfort Suites. This chain has always been my go to and so glad I decided to stay the night. Rooms are very spacious and updated. Breakfast was satisfying and everything was hot. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will make it a point to stay here next time I'm in town. Conveniently close to restaurants and shopping.
Welcoming, efficient, and available staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. This hotel looks like it’s been updated. Clean all the way throughout the hotel. Quiet room, which is important for me, and very clean. Well-managed hotel.
Stopped here on the way to spring break with the kids. We were very happy we did- the property is beautiful and very well taken care of. The night manager was very friendly and helpful and the kids really enjoyed the pool (even without the hot tub). The rooms are usual comfort suites rooms with the +1 couch bed and is perfect for our large family. Quiet and comfortable.
We stopped here for an overnight. The location was great, check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty much average for Comfort Inns. Adequate, but not outstanding. I can live with that. The highlight here is Mama Ruthie at the front desk. She is delightful and certainly knows the area. We'd definitely stay here again.
We simply love this little gem in Hopkinsville, KY. We travel there often to dive in the local Pennyroyal Scuba quarry. The rooms are large, have a great pullout in addition to the regular bedding, contain a mini fridge and microwave, are spotless, offer good and varied breakfast choices and have a winner in the smiling face of Mama Ruth and the entire hotel staff. I accidentally dropped my glasses behind the night stand and even the tiniest corners of the room were spotlessly clean - and how about the nice touches in the bathroom with the artfully arranged towels and shower curtain, you feel treasured as a guest. Please keep up the good work.
Very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet setting. The shower was good although there was nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the tub, making it quite slippery. Very friendly front desk staff makes for a pleasant stay.
While not as fancy as the Hampton, for our 4 person family this hotel is a much better fit. They have a room for about the same price as a two bed at the Hampton that has a couch bed and two beds. The service and location were great, and there were no noise problems even though we were right next to the highway. Overall, unless you are solo or have only two people, I would recommend this hotel over the Hampton Inn. Service was great, even though a large number of Shriner's and Mennonites were staying at the same time we were.A great hotel for a great price.
