It is a bit of an outdated hotel. But don’t let that cloud your judgement. This is the perfect place to stay at if you wanted to do a little bar hopping. We were only a few blocks away from a cluster of some really fun bars.

With white, sandy beaches, and looming volcanoes on every horizon, you will not find many conference destinations quite like Honolulu. With a fantastic range of high-end conference hotels, you will be able to work in style and outside of work hours as well as enjoy the city and island. On top of the warm climate, the island is teeming with scenes to be marveled at and adventure to be had.

Activities outside your conference hotel in Honolulu (HI)

Honolulu’s city center has no lack of restaurants and bars to dine and drink at. Take a walk down Kalakaua Avenue to witness some of the city’s finest. Since Honolulu is a melting pot of cultures, you will find this reflected in its cuisine options. French, Italian, and American food are firm favorites of the city. And if you are searching for a bar to unwind in after the conference, you will be spoilt for choice with the gorgeous beach bars lining Honolulu’s seafront.

You will definitely want to kick back on one of Waikiki’s famous beaches after the conference. The aptly named Waikiki Beach is perfect for just that. The beach immediately invites relaxation, with its crystal blue waters and soft sands. However, if you are feeling active, why not try your hand at surfing? The beach is one of the world’s best spots for learning the sport.

And do not leave Honolulu without visiting Iolani Palace, the former home of the final monarchs of Hawaii. The palace is decorated in an intricate and gorgeous style, and will give you an insight to how Hawaii was ruled before the United States; a must visit to understand the culture of these unique islands.
