Beautiful place, not far from the beach, but the staff is far away to know what customer service mesns. They are serving you, one of a sudden the cell phone rings snd they engage in a friend/family conversation over the phone and the customer is waiting. Food has not too many options, cold, not well prepared. To get a coffee spoon is a deed, To get a table spoon I was at about to show/exchange my ID. I’m frustrated (although I was born in Cuba) with the poor educational skills, amiability, courtesy, and friendliness of the hotel staff, especially with the “buffet” staff, the shift manager, a young guy whose name I didn’t even bother to ask, he’s the ruddest person there.

The elevator button on level six didn’t work for going down. My shower head was broken and I had to hold it while I showered. There was baby German cockroaches on the walls and counter in the bathroom. The heater didn’t work on the coldest week. The tv antenna went out at 1030pm, as I tried to fall asleep I heard someone trying to get into my room. As a single female staying alone I was scared. Paper thin walls I could hear the people in the next room all night. My window didn’t have a seal as the ac unit used to be in the window. Allowing cold draft and street noise in. There was a crusty old gunky towel rolled up on the floor along the window. Looked as if to catch water? I was cold all night so I used the two extra blankets that smelled of mildew and made me sneeze all night. I expected a 3 star stay due to reviews but Was not what I experienced. The best thing about this hotel was the coffee shop and the beer. I’m a vegan and the options for the dining left me hungry but I’m accustomed to that.. when walking across the street to go to the beach.. men standing around outside the hotel asking if I need a taxi would repeatedly harass me. The staff should make our safety and comfort a priority by asking these men to leavenor behave. I never saw security on premises either.

I never leave bad feedback, however this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed. Everything was moldy, old, broken and dirty. The food,was terrible. The people there were VERY rude. Not professional at all. Nothing works. El peor hotel en el que me quedado en la vida.

worst hotel i ever stayed, seriously.
