Arrived during Irma and the hotel was fully staffed and very professional. My check in was fast and efficient. The room was amazing and anything I needed was a phone call away. Top notch and would stay and will stay again.
From the moment we arrived at the Weston Hotel, we were greeted with enthusiasm by the hotel staff. They assisted us with day trips and suggestions for places to visit. José even arranged a personal chauffeur who took us all over the island for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this hotel ...

Excellent attention, good cleaning daily, this hotel is located closer to everything , good affordable price
Greatly enjoyed our visit, the room was in the colonial style and very comfortable. The courtyard and roof deck were stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was a proper full breakfast with good variety. If you're a very light sleeper, beware that the walls are thin (it's an old building, nicely restored). It was not a problem for us at all, even with someone in the rooms on either side of us. Great location, check out Mercado Colon for dinner just around the corner! I would absolutely stay here again.
Great customer service, lovely ambiance, and great location. Very comfortable. Bathroom however is tiny.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. As with all things there is room for improvements. Most of it is cosmetic. Better lighting in the room, updated cabinets, bigger shower space. But you get what you paid for. If you are looking for a stay that resembles how the locals lives, which is key, than this is the place. You get complementary breakfast every day of your stay cooked your way and dinner is cooked your way for a very reasonable price compared to eating outside. There is no better food than home cooked food and the cooks bring that out everyday. I loved the food. No doubt about it. But to me, it's about the service of the staff. And the staff nailed it!!! Latin people are very friendly and willing to help, and that was what I saw in their work effort.
