Our experience was disappointing. The room was old and in need of renovation. The beds were very noisy and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The room faced the hotel lobby, so it was extremely loud and we couldn’t properly rest due to the constant noise from guests. We were traveling with a baby, and it was surprising that no consideration was given when assigning us such a noisy room. Additionally, there were not enough towels for everyone upon arrival, and we had to request them. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.

Staff is friendly and delightful. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and reflects the architectural charm of the area. The included breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful, located on the roof in the beautiful Santo Domingo air. It was my 2nd time there, and I will book there again.
