Very good servicer and security , we recomendable to every time

AC not work at all in the room. Hallway frezen, and very hot room.

It is an excellent hotel, with people friendly and helpful. I try to go every year to Dominican Republic ans stay at the sheraton. It is curious to see how other hotels have the same price or even higher than the sheraton and no comparison in quality and services.

Their staff was amazing, service was an A+. My only suggestion will be... they need to have excursions info or packages so people can have another options during their stay.

Everything about the property and staff was great. I did end up paying twice for the upgrade that I paid for online.

Nice and clean, most of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast have a great selection of foods, they wanted to charge me for a beer from the mini bar but I don’t drink some one else took the beer ( keep in mind I stayed alone during my visit) and the end the 10 dollars charge was remove from the bill. The staff at the restaurant ( front desk / entrance) were kind of rude...

The refrigerator was not cooling the drink and other snack bar items.

Staff at front desk were very good. Mini bar had old and expensive food in it which marred the overall stay. The breakfast was excellent.

Great staff, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I recommended 100%.

Thus far the most professional and polite staff i have dealt with in my last 5 years of traveling.Outstanding services across the board.

Roos assigned had the carpet all wet and smelled bad. Rooms are really small

My husband and I loved staying at the Sheraton. It is clean, well maintained and what can I say about the staff? They are fantastic! I would especially like to commend Loraine Astarte. She was our "go to person". She was extremely helpful and never tired of our many questions and requests. She is knowledgeable and made our stay very comfortable. Another employee I would like to commend is Abel Pena. He was also very helpful and his desire to help was just so wonderful. He recommended a few places for us to visit and we did, and we had a great deal of fun. These are two wonderful individuals that will go a long way in promoting and advancing the hospitality at the Santo Domingo Sheraton.

Ivan was very inviting upon my arrival. He offered me an upgrade to Club Level and said i would not be disappointed. I was not. All of the rest of the staff was also amazing and helpful. Once any task was completed, they call you to make sure it was completed correctly and to your satisfaction. Great follow-ups and customer service.

Charge so much and give very small hotel room Next time we will never use this Orbitz service anymore
