This hotel didn't have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the lobby, which is a common area. In addition, the "accessible room" was big enough for a wheelchair.

I’ve stayed on this property at least 10 times and I always complain about the same thing but this time it was a lot worse. The quality of the air in my room was terrible, it felt like I was sleeping next to a garbage dump. I complained 5 times and only on the 5th try did they do anything, they cleaned the filter. Things got a little better but still the quality of the air was poor. I brought it to management’s attention that the air circulating in my room was not the same circulating throughout the property.

On this occasion we never had any water to drink which they put in ,we had to pay to drink

I like the food🤗 and the customer service👍 I recomend to do something about how to enter to the hotel property from north to south from maximo gomez Avenue, is terribly and you have to go to far,just to enter the hotel. They have the money, and power to change that.

I liked all the services except the laundry. They pick your clothes up at your room. They make you pick up your clothes at the front desk. They should return your clothes to your room and receive payment. They should not have the customer going all over the hotel to get his or her clothes back. If room service can bring you food and receive payment. The laundry should do the same. It is a service like getting food.

What I liked the most is that even though we are dealing with a pandemic and the hotel recently reopen managers and staffs go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable,
