Another GREAT Barcelo HOTEL conveniently located
We booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. 2 of the couples had to change rooms, as the CARPET in the room, were WET, and smell pretty bad. Service was excellent Staff was excellent Breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT, lots of choices.

Honestly, the lobby is very nice and clean, passing the lobby is awfully. Room service is awfully, I put in a request at the front desk and called to get and update, hours later and nothing. WIFI is terrible I had no service in my room. Legit had to step down to the lobby in order to get service. All I can think of what if I had an emergency??!? Room wasn't as clean as expected. Overall experience 1 star.
