Toilet handle kept breaking up, had to constantly open the toilet top and fix it. Safe battery blew out and all my belongings got stuck inside

Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Clean hotel, and location was perfect close to the colonial zone! Will definitely stay here again!!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, The staff are courteous and very professional at all times. Everyone greets you with a hello. I see they are very much aware of providing great customer services. The facility is very cleaned.

Not very satisfied because they didn’t have all rooms available for checking in hours !! And cleaning was a little slow..

Room & Lobby bathrooms are filthy. Long waits at checking in. Restaurant waiters ignored me

Hotels sucks, the wifi is horrible, the staff kept knocking on my door to see if i need anything.

the parking attendance very friendly,,except a female attendance at the front desk was not happy ,,maybe she was haven a bad day,,i said good morning and she ignoring me!!! bad attitude is not good for a busyness. but restaurant staff,,parking attendance,they was great..

The language barrier was rough, but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean had a slight odor and road noise but didn't bother me much.

Staff was very courteous and when I need something they were there is minutes.

Needs more on shower cleanliness and the wifi is bad. Other than that I would recommend it if the fares stay low

If u are from US this is hotel for you..feels like a legit hotel stay from home...Nothing old or terrible here..no complaints and surprised I had no issues what so ever..easy check in and check out..staff is friendly

To make the hotel an even better experience, more of the hotel staff needs to be fluent in English. Other than that, The Barcelo Santo Domingo Hotel is an excellent hotel, with great staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice. Maybe under rated. Good bed. Good furniture. But wifi is not free but should be. Otherwise I would have given excellent ratings

I've stayed at this hotel several times and they're level of service has reminded cosistent. The chain is also a supporter of international development.

Ir was no a good Customer service experience with the "premium checkin" Anny the representative was very rude and unprofessional .
