I just loved it! Outdoor pool and surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff made me feel like home. As a first time solo traveler to a country unknown to me all I can say is that the Staff became family. So friendly, easy to talk to. The housekeeper gave me tips and tricks about how to get around in my rental car, what stores I must visit. Parking was easy, free and safe! They have everything you will need.

I've been here several times and i have always loved it and the treatment from every single staff member excellent. Until this last visit alot of the rug area looked stained and not very clean you can see some water damage on the walls on the 16th floor.and sunday morning we were heading out to go to the airport and i asked the only person there which was the manager at 6:52am & i asked if its possible i could get a cup of coffee to go and what bothered me was no him saying no it was him saying it in the tone that he said it as if i was asking for food before the kitchen was open if breakfast starts at 7am i would assume that at 6:52 am the coffee was done. He could of told me that it was not done but he say no because the breakfast starts at 7am no exceptions.
