This was actually better than expected. Good breakfast. Clean room. The only thing I didn’t like in the room was that the bathtub had rust by the drain (i chose this hotel so I could take a bath but didn’t because of the rust) and you had to get a key card for the public bathroom and then there wasn’t any toilet paper in there. But I was actually impressed by the price vs the room vs the area. Bed was clean, bathroom was cleaner than expected (rust was an eyesore) and the breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast, biscuit and gravy, and muffins).

Every amenity we booked the hotel room for was down. Pool was ice cold, hot tub down, fitness equipment broken, no sauna. We had a jetted tub in the room, but yet we spent THREE DAYS with no hot water. All we got was the square footage we wanted, barely. The room had been smoked in so we had to wait for them to “clean” it. It was very disappointing. Spend all that money and don’t get anything that you booked that hotel for. No discounts or credits for any of these issues were given.

No prices match the internet so be prepared to pay an additional 6.99 per night stay for house keeping! Also upon checking out I was using the cart to bring my items down a the front desk clerk and white women demand me to give it to her it was totally white privileged! I felt totally disrespected the behavior was totally disgusting I paid extremely a lot of money to have gotten treated the way I did. As well the room water stayed cold the whole time so like showering was out of option half the time as well as the room having roaches! Housekeeping it totally unprofessional there where children in my room while cleaning up!

The first room I got put in was full of smoke smell, they moved us into another room and the refrigerator didn’t work the entire stay. The breakfast was horrible and cold. The pictures do not match the website. Hot tub out of order, ice machine out of order. The sofa bed mattress had stains on it. Never got fresh towels and stayed for three days.

Booked and paid for my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival I was denied checking in as they said Expedia hadn’t paid for it. Staff made me call Expedia to fix it and refused to help sort it out. I had done the online check in even paid the fee and still needed to do it all again upon arrival . plus an addition fee that I was unaware of. they have a new policy about towels she mentioned when I said I had supper small towels in my bathroom . Had no carts to haul bags when I got to the room one of lamps didn't work the tv was buffering the whole time and the control didn't have the back battery cover. the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the toilet took at least 45 min to fill the tank.just an old property

The hotel was not clean. Outside doors were not secured; anyone could enter the building without needing a key. The shower fixtures were not secured and the spout to the tub had to be turned sideways and pulled out from the wall in order for the water to come out of the showerhead. The water also did not get very warm. The hot tub did not work, and there was nothing posted on the site about it being out of order. The hotel did not offer pool towels in the pool area. Instead, guests are expected to take their room towels and turn them in for new towels. Hotel staff claimed this was due to people stealing pool towels. Staff also waited in the office area with headphones in for twenty minutes with a long line of customers at the counter. Marijuana could be smelled throughout the entire hotel.

Room was subpar, basic items were missing such as lightbulbs, no wash cloths, lamps not plugged in, 2 tvs in the room, 1 tv working, even though there were 2 AC units in the room only 1 unit worked. Mini Fridge had freezer door missing, temperature control knob missing. Table in this room was missing a chair. This room was highly neglected by the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. This room was supposed to be the best room in the hotel, it wasnt even close. And mind you, the hotel policy of calling the front desk before 11am to receive Housekeeping services is very unsatisfactory. I would like a refund of my money. My room was soooo subpar, that i checked out of my room 14 hours before checkout time. Also, i pre checked into the hotel 24 hours before arrival submitting my Drivers License and completing my vehicle information only to be asked for the same information upon check-in. I had a horrible experience, when i checked out, i asked the front desk clerk to have the Manager contact me, no one ever did.
