My room was very dirty.
Property is worn, tired, and understaffed. The staff were, accommodating, friendly and helpful. It is overpriced. Not a good value.
Older and needs updates and repairs. It had started raining lightly and maintenance started setting out plastic buckets in atrium to catch drips.
The pillows are life. The rooms are spacious. Great!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. The room was in need of refurbishment. The air conditioner did not work well and the bathroom door did not close.
Broken ironing board, dirty glasses on the kitchenette sink, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom for the shower. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and staff was attentive to our needs and concerns.
Nice updates in lobby and bar/restaurant but the need to spend some time updating rooms. If you can’t charge your phone because a charger just falls out of the plug there’s some work to do
We expected a one bedroom suite and instead got a room with a wall and door in the middle. There were wall stains, patches in wall paper, too few towels, and a subpar breakfast.
We arrived to find that the hotel was under a complete renovation. We chose this hotel over another because they had a steak house restaurant and the pictures looked to be the better choice. We were wrong! We even paid more money per night to stay at Embassy instead of another hotel with similar amenities. The pool was disgusting. The rooms are extremely outdated so I hope their next step is to improve the rooms after the construction downstairs is completed. I am VERY disappointed in Orbitz for allowing this hotel to charge the price they did knowing the hotel was under construction. The pictures and information should be updated to represent the ACTUAL place someone is booking. I have always been pleased with Embassy, but this time...I may start booking at other places.
