First room was very poorly cleaned, used soap bar in the shower, stain on sheets, hair on sheets. The second room the toilet wouldn't flush, the a/c didn't work well, and had broken tv stand. The happy hour snacks looked like it had sat our for days, we arrived when it started. The pool was way over capacity and no employee was doing anything about it. The lady that checked us in was rude as ever. For what you pay to stay, this was all extremely unacceptable.

Horribly rude/insulting desk/maintenance staff

At arrival found suite temperature 67 degrees. We reset thermostat to 72. 1 hour later suite temp 66 still blowing cold air from register. Asked for help. Maint. person told us we could only have cool or heat which did we want (ridiculously ignorant of how that equipment works). He removed an access cover and reset something on the unit. Woke up to 80 degrees and still blowing hot air. After almost 24 hours and 3 different maint workers the thermostat was finally able to control the room temp. All 3 maint people treated us as if we were idiots and did not know how to set a thermostat. They removed the ceiling cover to the equipment twice and switched something and made the issue worse. The 3rd person almost 24 hours into our stay called someone who was able to explain to them how to fix the issue in the unit in the ceiling. During this time the front desk staff and maint people treated us rudely and as if WE were the cause of the problem. Then 11:00 pm Sat evening the fire alarms went off, then stopped, and then shortly went off and stopped again. After about 10 minutes a maint. worker came out and yelled from an interior balcony to all of the people standing on the balconies outside our rooms that there was no problem, it was just the Fire Dept. "messing with stuff." Obviously a LIE. No FD comes to a highly occupied hotel 11:00 pm on Sat to "mess with the alarms" There were no FD officials observable to give an all clear. We were treated so rudely by poor staff.

Customer service lacking

The hotel is very spacious and clean. Excellent comfort. The problem with this stay was the unexpected late check-in with nothing offered for the trouble. We arrived at 4pm to check in and were told that our room wasn’t ready and that it wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes to an hour. They said they would call when our room was ready. One hour and fifteen minutes passes with no call so we return to check in and our room is ready. No call. No discount or offer of a late checkout.

We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter and one of the main reasons that we booked here was for the pool and hot tub. The pool was nasty (green/dingy water) and the hot tub wasn’t operational. Extremely disappointed.

So let me start off by saying that we have stayed at this hotel previously and we absolutely loved it a year ago. This time was absolutely awful & everyone that I spoke with was having problems during their stay. 1st the room smelled old musty. 2nd we got locked out of our hotel room the 2nd day when we down to get breakfast and was gonna go back to our room to start our day, the door key would not work! The key cards wouldnt work so then she cqlled maintenance. We were being told maintenance would be there in 5 mins every 20 mins i would cqll! 2 hours later he finally shows up guys! Just to say the battery is dead.and left the door unlocked! We were waiting on him to get it fixed before we could leave that took him another 2 hours! 3rd - we ran out of hot water while showering and the hot water took forever to turn on! We was never comped anything nothing!!! Also - the pool was disgusting and cloudy! There was no limit on how many people could be in the pool it was so loud in there. It was like being in a rock concert. My poor 12 year old daughter had to cover her ears but wanted so badly to swim. Terrrible management!!!

Poorly managed

The lady at the front desk was borderline rude. Clearly, she was tired, I get that, but she was annoyed at me for simply asking questions. A guy in front of me wanted to buy some water, she told him to put it back and gave him two free, complimentary water bottles instead. She didn't even offer the water bottles to me and she was so unfriendly that I didn't dare ask. The hotel was crowded with kids running everywhere and making so much noise on ALL levels, even late at night. Sure, that's not the hotel's responsibility but the parents, however you may want to close the pool at 8 pm at the latest for children (only) so they stop running everywhere in swim suits and putting water all over the elevators. I almost fell because it was so slippery. Have stricter rules. Now, the breakfast buffet was good and the personnel there worked hard and was friendly. Special thanks and kuddos to Wyatt at the bar who was very professional, helpful, and kind. I also appreciated the reminder of the "Quiet Hours" in the elevator. I understand you're not responsible for the screaming children running around and the trashy parents, but you're responsible for making sure everyone has a lovely stay. It was clearly not the case, and other people felt it too, we talked about it in the elevator. Don't let it happen, it really makes the hotel look bad and trashy, and as a result, we won't be back. Pity because it was our default hotel when we go to Tulsa. Poor management and huge disappointment!

Both rooms were really great, very comfortable. The pool area was a little crazy but we expected that with Spring Break. Breakfast was very good with the buffet selection. The complimentary alcoholic drinks were a nice surprise for my husband and I. We will definitely be back!

They gave me the wrong room and had to go downstairs 3 times to finally get the right room. First key didn't work and then when it did the room wasn't cleaned yet. They finally gave us another room. I asked them to at least comp the paring and she ignored what I was asking for. We asked for a comforter and sheets for pull out couch and they never brought them up when we went downstairs and they said they would bring up. We had to get them ourselves the next day. I was asked by maids if I wanted the room clean I said yes and especially new towels. When we got back in late evening room wasn't cleaned and no new towels. Food at the breakfast was mostly cold and it was in the middle of the breakfast time.

At the Meet and Greet, the food was not kept replenished, there were no cups plates or bowls. No silverware..people had to spreadout napkins to put the food on. We we put in one room that there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. We were in a suite, in both rooms the televisions did not work, neither phone worked. And the door I the room that adjoined the next room to us had no door knob, and the lock was drilled out so whoever was in the next room could come into our room if they wanted. We did not know them! We called the desk they put us in the room above us on the next floor upstairs. There were no carts available to use so we had to make multiple trips up and down the elevator to move all our things to the new room. One we move everything into the new room, we noticed BLACK HAIR AGAIN, all over the comforters on bothbeds. We had to call the desk multiple times to get housekeeping to come change the bedding out. Had to wait forever for them to come. The desk told us they had multiple complaints ahead of us so we would just have to wait till housekeeping could get to us but they would be there until 3 am! I told them i was not waiting till 3am to get clean bedding to go to sleep. Finally housekeeping came. . They did not speak english and started pulling out a dust mop to do the floors i guess. When we showed them what we needed they stripped off the dirty comforter and sheets and threw them on my.daughters clean clothes. We threw them off.
Stayed 1 night in Mar 2025
