Room was spacious & clean but no ironing board, no room cleaning after multiple requests but the stay was during Christmas holiday, outside appearance was unkept, pool was under repaired. I hope all the above will be addressed in 3 months from 12/23/2025, Checkin staff was friendly & fast but parking spaces were very limited due to large truck with very long trailer blocking 8 parking spaces, only small sedan can parked there. Parking was free so much appreciated, trade off for shady outdoor appearances

Arrived with my kids around 9pm and there was no real office to check into as it said they were remodeling so there was a makeshift one in a room where you checked in at the window. We waited for a while as no one was there. Called the number several times and no one answered. I spoke to another guest waiting and they said they had been waiting over an hour for someone and no one showed up. We had waited a significant amount of time and no one ever showed up. There wasn’t even a sign saying if they were on lunch or when they were planning to return. Had to find another place to stay last minute. I reached out to hotels.com to help get a refund and hotel said they wouldn’t do it as they had people working.

The room had obviously been remodeled recently as in completely gutted and redone. It was beautiful, very clean, very comfortable, very spacious. The property was still under renovation so the front office was temporarily in one of the rooms, the pool and other areas were closed while being remodeled but we didn't mind as that is a necessary transition while remodeling which they were clearly putting a lot of effort and money into. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be staying there again in the future. Highly recommend!
