It was cozy and comfortable (except my bed)
Room is not comply with description, someone stayed in the room with cat, my wife got heavy allergy and couldn’t sleep. I can’t get basic things like make a bed for my daughter or get extra shampoo and conditioner. I’m traveling around the world, but this is extremely low quality facilities.
I really enjoyed my stay here, it was clean, free parking, allowed dogs, staff was very friendly, it was a little older but fancy. My nephew really liked it he said it was boogie I don’t know what that means but it’s a compliment. The area around was nice. I would stay here again.
Elegant decor, clean, friendly. Shower water pressure was great. Close to freeway access and short drive to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was so accommodating and the food at the restaurant was incredible!!! Very convenient for a business conference that I was attending!!

Professional and friendly staff
Check in and check out was easy, no fuss and done professionally. Everyone was kind and helpful. We had maid service daily and that’s a huge plus these days.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly.The courtyard was a highlight to sit and enjoy a meal! The service in the restaurant was excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay! There was nothing we did not like. We look forward to returning!
Very pleasing decor offering a more "home" feeling.
First off it’s 2022 now how do you have 32 inch TVs from the 2012’s motel 6 has better TVs but besides that you walk in and you just notice how musty the carpet is. Paid $220 for one night in a claimed 3 star hotel Rather on the 1-2 star range. Super disappointed. Go somewhere else and pay extra because I should have.

It's sad to see that the Comp Breakfast is gone! The restaurant staff I have known for years are still there - very nice to see.
Great hotel close to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island shopping centers if you like shopping, plus easy access to the I-405 and other freeways. The hotel has a fantastic open courtyard area and an 8ft deep swimming pool and spa. Some rooms have been renovated taking up the old carpet and replacing it with hard flooring making it easier to clean. I've stayed here before and will be back again for sure.
