I enjoyed the space of the room and soft music was playing, it was a nice greeting. The front desk service was helpful and friendly. Very beautiful lobby/courtyard sights! Refrigerator in the room was included with comfortable beds.

We liked that is very clean the staff is nice and helpedful the parking on site a little to high

Very clean hotel and quiet. Would recommend to anyone

Loved everything about this place. Parking can be a pain. Try to avoid the compact spaces if you can. Seen alot of bad park jobs and the last thing you wanna come back and see is your car being dinged by another due to the tight parking spaces...

Wow!! They staff the decor everything about this place we just loved. Absolute Value I will be staying here for hears to come!!! Love it!!!

We liked the wood floors, extra space, and beautiful bathroom.

Had a Great night sleep and showers were nice also.

Great underrated hotel! Love this place I will stay again. Great place for a staycation!!! Super happy about my stay!!!

The staff was very friendly and service was overall good. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room and when brought to the attention of management they came to take a look. Management left and said they would be in touch. The manager showed up about 10 minutes later with an onsight “engineer” to further look at the issue and that gentleman looked at my husband and I as though we did not know what we were talking about. Thankfully the manager seemed to understand that there was an issue and said he would get us moved into a room that did not have a problem. We let them know we had an event to get to so if it were going to happen that it would need to be done quickly. After 20 mins of waiting my husband had to go down to find out if we were still being moved and retrieve the keys so that we could rush to the new room and drop off our stuff to then finish getting ready and leave. We had booked a lake view room and we were thankfully given another lake view room but the view was not nearly as good as what we had originally been booked. The only saving grace for this experience was that they decided to comp our parking (which is very expensive for being paying hotel guests). Overall I would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else that I know to stay here.

The decor was unique. I didn't like the small pool and the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

The room was beautiful, clean, and the view was nice. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was friendly.

Some things they do alright, but a lot doesn't turn out that well. We went there for a couple nights. A good thing about it is that it is right across from the Segerstrom so if you are going to see a play, it is an easy 3 minute walk. They greet you when you come in the place, each time. But more out of being told to, than them wanting to. Most times they don't smile, and look as if, "ugh, how many times in a day do I have to say this?". The lobby is nice, the paper is kept to the left of the front doors just before you walk out. The room: the couch is horrible. It should not be in the room. At least not the couch that is in room 324.It has no arms, the cushions slip apart when you sit. The middle cushion sinks low while the cushion near the window is hard as a rock from not being used. If you sit between the two areas, you will slant towards the center, and cannot stay upright easily. No fan or window in the bathroom. The tub spigot drips. There was not a notepad in the room. They give you a single piece of paper. One piece of paper. This is a Marriott hotel!!! When they give you your room keys, it says that you can get certain drinks for $8 in the bar. But then when you get to the bar, they charge you $9. We complained to the front desk, they gave us a couple 2-for-1 coupons that were expired!! The refrigerator in the room, BUT it is not useable as the fridge is full of drinks for sale. The thermostat & light switch are above the headboard. Was not worth the expense.
