Older hotel and older mattress/room amenities. We booked here to be close to the Observatory and that was great. We also booked because of the included breakfast. The breakfast did not last for all the serving hours they said it was and was very small. We just ended up buying groceries. If you’re looking for a place within walking distance to the Observatory that’s relatively fine, this place works.

Some of the staff was great. They were courteous, helpful, and cheery. The room comes with 2 towels. I had 4 in my party. I requested two towels and was told to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and I would get 2 new ones back. When it was time to shower, two of my occupants showered, I took the wet towels to the front desk so I could get two new ones for the remaining party to shower. What hotel chain does that?? lol Come on guys! Do better!
