Completely unacceptably arrogantly rude unappreciative unapologetic front desk staff who tried to intimidate during our check out for their own ineptitude of miscommunication for not following through with what’s been approved. Dirty water suddenly pouring out of the main air vent on the ceiling during the stay, temperature climate control doesn’t work in the room either. Won’t stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. Every staff member we encountered smiled and said hello. Would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.

Waterpressure low. Soap scums in the bathtub. Only one bathrobe available. Before checkout time, housekeeping knocked and when we were slow to get out of bed opened the door. We only stayed for 1 night so we couldnt understand why anybody would come in for housekeeping before our checkout time at 11am

We often stay here, it’s very consistent. The restaraunt is so good, the rooms are very nice-pairing can be a pain and a bit noisy if you get right near the road, but always wonderful
