I have planned and hosted almost 20 "Photo Retreats" for my group of senior friends/clients. We usually have a larger group, but this time six of us stayed in this beautiful place. We agreed that it was our favorite location so far, due to it close proximity to the beach, the pier and local eateries. Each night, we walked to a local restaurant and enjoyed dinner, followed (or preceded) by a sunset photo session. We didn't get as much digital scrapbooking done this time, but that's OK! We loved being together and taking photos!

We had a wonderful stay. Just a few hiccups…we couldn’t get the tv’s in the bedroom’s to work. Have trouble with email info, and got locked out when key pad malfunctioned. Phone calls were answered promptly when we did have issues and were resolved quickly.

Great location in Newport just south of the pier and a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to great food options. The south of the pier side of Newport tends to be less crowded and we definitely could tell the difference and really loved the location. Very clean, spacious and modern condo. Great for one larger family or split with another couple. Loved it!! Property manager Natalie was great to work with!

We loved the location, close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The house needs a few updates the couch definitely has seen better days, also not sure if the floors got mopped but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Loved the location. It was close to the beach (just one structure away). Also, near the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, bike rentals and shops. The property itself was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It fit all of our needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was well equipped. The communication was quick from the property manager. I hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Can walk to the beach and restaurants. Downside is the bottom unit doesn’t have a patio. Upstairs units have balconies you can sit on and enjoy the weather and view. Gets a little stuffy in the unit.Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed, nice to have beach gear and boogie boards. Toilet in bathroom in en-suite room was loud. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfect location

We had such a great time staying at this place in Newport Beach! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Newport!

This was our first time renting a beach house and it was everything we could hope for. Unit C is super cute, it accommodated 8 adults well, (3 were adult children), and having a kitchen was nice too. The outside parking spot was a great addition. Our location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants and even 7eleven.

Less than a block to the beach

Great spot close to the boardwalk, surf shops and pier. Very clean. Some noise from neighbors to be expected with the close proximity. Garage had chairs and beach toys. Would recommend.

Perfect Location

Our family really enjoyed our weekend stay in this beautiful property! Everything was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. We were so close to the beach, pier and shops/restaurants. It was especially convenient to have a dedicated parking space!
