I stay here occasionally while visiting family. It’s clean, comfortable and I feel safe. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The beds are super comfy.

AMAZING

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Costa Mesa. A hotel like this, at this price is really unheard of nowadays. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Atmosphere is great. Pool is great. Truly a hidden gem. This is my wife and my favorite place to stay in OC/LA.

The hotel rooms were cute and nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The windows to the rooms are thin and the guest staying there come and go at all hours and do not seem to care what time it is as they are loud. The owners seem to be taking what was a run down motel and making it a nice place to stay. I would recommend to them to put new windows in ,and some hooks to hang towels behind the doors in the bathroom. Other than a few things, they are doing great at trying to attract the right kind of people and make it an affordable place to stay.

Stayed here for three nights with my partner from Thursday-Sunday. The rooms are very clean and in great condition. We loved that the tv has Roku And we could sign into our streaming accounts to watch tv. The pool area was always kept clean as well, hotel staff was very kind also. Only thing I would say is on the weekend we couldn’t find parking space because there were visitors parked overnight that shouldn’t have been there as it stated in the rules at the reception desk. We had no other option but to park in the handicap space and this where I know hotel staff isn’t checking that random visitors are parked in the spaces because our car was parked in handicap over night into the afternoon the next day around 3pm.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. I love the free parking. It is not the hotel's fault but, the first floor rooms in the back open up to a grassy and shrubbery area so there will be bugs in the room. The bed was comfortable and I love that there was a refrigerator.

The quality of the room is not as advertised. It’s is a Motel, NOT a hotel. Poor location and the cleanliness of the room was terrible. There were hairs in the bed, mold in the shower, and make up on the pillow cases. Sheets were dingy and pillows smelled of sweat and dirty hair. We walked in and walked right back out. We ultimately booked another hotel. It was too dirty for us to sleep comfortably. Not worth the $220 we paid for one night.

The hotel is near highway 55 and the rooms closer to the street can be noisy. I asked for a room far away and it was a smart request. I hardly heard any noise even with window open. They have coffee machine in the lobby. Overall was a good to excellent experience for me.

Breakfast choices were okay, coffee machine was a bonus, pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the day, but hot tub was extremely way too hot. We did see an owl while putting our feet in one night. Super convenient to go to either Newport beaches or Huntington Beach. Close to freeway so easy access to just about anything. Beds were a bit on hard side, but after a day at the beach or walking around they did their job. Kinda wish this place was a block (or closer) to a beach, then we’d for sure stay again!
