I have stayed here many times and I didn’t know they started charging for parking. They didn’t even mention it, they asked if we were had a car and that’s it. No mention of it’s a $15. Fee. I noticed it after I saw the charge through my card.
It was quiet and comfortable. The property was for sure a bit dated and needed some updates but it was comfortable. It’s great for a family stay with the 2 separated rooms and breakfast was great.
There were some issues at the beginning of my stay but they were quick to resolve them.
Close to the freeway, friendly staff, clean property
$400/night for a room and it’s not ready at check in? Have to wait an additional hour for it to be ready? Good job team…
I like the easy parking access and the full kitchen. However, the key access to the room was malfunctioning and both keys would not work. Took about 5 minutes to finally get one of the keys to work. Also, no ice in the freezer of the fridge, even though there were ice cube trays. We had to bother staff to deliver us a bag of ice because the room was at the very far end of the property and too far to go to the gatehouse to grab some ice. I would stay here again, though.
Anthony and the rest of the staff were incredibly pleasant, flexible, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the kitchens include everything you need (plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc...). There is outdoor table seating and grills, which was nice to eat at for dinner. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.
Very nice facility! This is not our first time staying, and between the years, the place is still very nice. The rooms are clean, suite is very roomy for our family, the price is right, the surrounding is peaceful, breakfast is great, and the staff are very nice and helpful. A great getaway from home, for sure! Highly recommend!!
Perfect for families and extended stays. No room service
Upon arrival, our room smelled like cats. I'm highly sensitive, so it was quite bothersome. They did have somene come and spray the room. It helped a little bit, but since we were only there one night, we dealt with it.
The layout of this place is maddening first of all. Second, I killed multiple bugs in my room Third - I was working at my room's desk and a security guard actually KEYED into my room!!! I have never been treated like this. The front desk didn't even bother to apologize for it. !@#$% this place
We only stayed one night, but the stay was excellent. Rooms are wonderful. Full kitchen, living room, and separate bedrooms. We were with a group, and they all appreciated the large spaces. Staff were very pleasant. Free, hot breakfast was an extra plus.
Perfect for our family trip staff was very informative and friendly. Well-stocked and fresh breakfast.
We went to LA for the 4th with the family to go to the beaches. This hotel was clean, nice staff, great rooms, breakfast was good, near everything. Would stay here again in a hear beat
The hotel is close to everything and easily accessible from the freeway. It's about 15-30 minute drive to the beaches so it wasn't that bad. The staff were great especially the lady in-charge with the breakfast.
Straff was nice and trying always to please. breakfast is good. Front doors hard to open, but all in all was not bad.
The room was AMAZING, had everything and more that I could want or need. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was rather impressive.
