Hotel has pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, volleyball and gym. Security was a pest because they had to check my guest. Very unnecessary. Hotel needs renovations. H damage in the room and visible wear on the furniture. Overall it was a good stay.

Check in was easy, The staff was very friendly, I did arrive earlier and paid an early check in fee. Which I understand is okay if the hotel is SUPER booked but the room was ready. But I was aware of the fee. The room was quite good. Spacious. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was big though the shower needed additional cleaning. It looked like no one wiped the shower glass. My 2 favorite things were that they had really good room service. The price was great, and food really good and very fast. Also the breakfast buffett wad very good and had some good variety. Overall the stay was very good. I am definetely staying here again and recommend it.

The lobby bar was decent and The Mercado was really good for breakfast. Disappointed with: 1) Bathroom was flooded with ceiling coming down. We called front lobby and after waiting for what it seemed enough time we dice des to go back to lobby to request a room change. 2) second room: iron was broken, no hot water. 3) At check out we were charged for water out of the mini fridge…our room didn’t have bottled water that was supposed to be out? This was the second time we stay in that hotel and also the last one.
Room floor don’t look clean..
There were roaches in the room. My children were getting scared with the roaches. I ended up checking out one day earlier and they were not willing to give me credit.
I had a hard time at check in they stated that my 9 yr old need identification then that my American drivers license wasn’t sufficient even though I use it throughout the country as I live here. Room smell or urine and cigarettes even though we requested a non smoking room. The only highlight was the breakfast bar.
