Very clean, food was great (except the snack bar), beach was beautiful. Could use more chairs on the beach and around the pool. If you don't claim in the morning, you will likely have a hard time getting some. Activities were good. Spanish speaking highly recommended. If we didn't have flue t Spanish speakers in our group it would have been a bit more challenging to navigate our week. Vendors on the beach are constant but No Gracias is all it takes, and get, we bought from many of them and got multiple messages. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was not nice. The shower tub was cracked which and unsafe. The shower faucet was not working right. However, the staff were very friendly. The Room was not worth the price that I paid. Very unsatisfied.

Staff was very unpleasant especially Ernesto manager was yelling at me when i was filling complaint about not working tv in the room there were 2 adults one child and we had only 2 towels. Rooms were cleaned but very outdated. Food was okay dining area very dirty tables especially when i asked to clean table i got yelled by employee and when asked for silverware i was told to first sit down to get it. Parking was impossible to use because people from city who came to the beach used that and the staff told us to drive 3 blocks down to park which we refused because we paid for hotel with parking on a side. I would never stay there again

It’s everything anyone could need and want. Staff are very friendly and attentive, rooms are cleaned daily. Food was good and for Xmas and New Year they really made it special! It’s right on the beach with private beach, loungers and umbrellas. Two swimming pools and 2 bars. WiFi is available. The only issue we had was limited WiFi in the room which was fixed towards end of our stay and very loud music in the pool bars and especially after 9pm in entertainment area. Also there is very busy bar restaurant just next to hotel that plays loud music at night and significant amount of visitors adds to level of noice
