Was not a comfortable place to stay at everyone is on top of each other. The beds are dirty bugs inside the room. Only one bar at the end of the last pool for an all inclusive. No elevator a very far walk to the room. People overall were just rude, can’t even ask a question to a staff they all give you an attitude and say they busy to ask someone else. Smh just a horrible experience.

MYcond visit, check in is like being in a zoo. My suggestion: Start check in at 1 pm but do not issue the keys until 3 pm. If you are having meals in the main buffet dining room, go as soon as they open, everything will be there to select from and you will get a clean table with all the settings. However, if you go an hour after they start, there are many empty platters just sitting there and when you select a table i guarantee you will have to wait to get your cutlery or a gkass of water.... the service is poor. THESE ARE DIMPKE THINGS THAT CAN IMPROVE THE HOTELS RATINGS.
