The Front desk personnel is not friendly at all, and they take for ever to chec you in They act like they are doing you a favor On the last day we have to serve drinks our sellfs service was not available A check out never said anything like Thanks for staying with us or came back soon

The resort is beautiful. There are very few staff members that speak English and were not helpful to find someone who does speak English. The music playing all was Spanish so it was just very difficult to enjoy oneself.

Had a great time at Serenade. Pros:Only 15 min away from airport around a $30 taxi ride. Property was very well maintained. Quick check in which is after 3pm and quick check out that is at 12pm.The food was excellent. I do have to say the best restaurants on the property are the Buffet, Sports bar, and Mexican for lunch. For dinner the steak house and the buffet. Buffet has a huge selection for all three meals a day. Dinner options change daily. The staff at the buffet were awesome. Drinks were good you may need to tell them to add an extra shot since they are not strong. Kids pool and slide were perfect for the kids. Lots of chairs at pool and beach no need to hurry to get one. Rooms are nice and big most have the view of the pools. Different nightly shows to see. Gym is pretty decent. Has a good gift shop. Prices are half of what the airport is charging. Beach is very calm. Cons:Theater needs air conditioning. No casino even though it says it has one. Peruvian restaurant has no Peruvian food. It is the same food from the Hibachi selection, so don't waste your time. Showers in room have a glass wall that gives no privacy. Everyone in the room has a full view of the shower. Should completely paint over it. Bring your blow dryer. It has a small one in the bathroom and it takes forever to dry your hair. Make sure to return beach towels before six if you need them for a tour the next day. They open after 8 am. Has some seaweed growing in the water. None on the sand.

I don't recommend this hotel

The property was ok the pools were beautiful and so was the beach area however the food was atrocious only thing good was the breakfast buffet how can u screw up eggs. The staff was very accommodating and if it wasn’t for them the place would not be there.

The resort was very clean because it’s new. Great for families because the beach and the pools are very closely to each other. But if you are looking for a pretty blue Caribbean water this isn’t for you!!!! The beach is horrible, the water isn’t pretty at all . The food was decent, some days was better then others. Cons; I wish they offered bottled water in the pool and the restaurants but they don’t, I literally had to beg them for bottled water. The cleaning people would come in fairly late to clean the rooms, and they wouldn’t leave enough towels so I had to beg for those too. Room service was very slow. I’d stay here again I just would made sure I bring my own water bottles.

The sewer was backed up in our room and we had to wait for them to change our room. The food was not tasty unless it was the food that we paid the extra charge for. The children’s entertainment ex muppet show was at 9:45pm. Also when you check in they try to see you their timeshare which is a complete wasted of two hours. Will never return

Compared to a few places this was a nice, clean and just relaxing.

Property was amazing!! Staff exceptional 👏. One recommendation i have is to have the shows earlier. Maby 830 instead of 945

Serenade is new and well-maintained. I enjoyed the view and ability to book a boat onsite. One major issue: we killed at least 30 mosquitoes in our room over the course of 3 days. My legs were covered with at least 20 bites. I went to the front desk on 3 occasions asking for help or to be moved to a new room. There was no help, but they should check the rooms for pests prior to allowing guests in. Besides that, I love the resort. I would go back if I wouldn’t be eaten alive. If that didn’t happen, it would have been a perfect trip!

I was excited about the water sports and delighted by the healthy choice of menus to choose from. And the desserts kept me circling back.

Great environment, friendly staff and good service

We visited the resort for a weekend and what can i say we ended up rebooking our flights on a later date cuz 4 days was not enough to enjoy. Resort has everything fir each age group from kids to older age. Restaurants and food is amazing and all inclusive. Every day has a different entertainment in the theatre and the performances are mind blowing. Anibal capuchino marleny yairis and dairy are amazing with there performances and dances each night. There are dance classes each evening and night club in resorts open till 2:00 am everyday. Highly recommend to get a swim up room it will be worth the experience.

The resort was very clean because it’s new. Great for families because the beach and the pools are very closely to each other.
