This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in Punta Cana. At best, it is a 3-star property. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent to guests. I paid to upgrade to VIP, which was a complete waste of money—no perks, no added value, and no room upgrade. The so-called premium alcohol was substandard, with Finlandia and unfamiliar brands passed off as “premium.”
The pool area was overcrowded with too few chairs, and unbelievably, they charged extra to use a lounge chair—at an all-inclusive resort. The in-room refrigerator was stocked with only three beers per day, and any additional requests came with an extra charge, again despite being “all-inclusive.”
There was no air conditioning in any of the resort’s restaurants. Guests were visibly sweating at dinner, making the dining experience extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, reservations for restaurants were required, but nearly impossible to secure.
The floor on the pool was cracked in multiple areas and can easily cut someone, pool was never cleaned.
Overall, this resort was a major disappointment. I will never return and cannot recommend it to anyone.
