Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property, great rooms. Wide range of restaurant selections, although reservations were a little tough to get. We loved "The Cut". Although I will add that the sushi place could use some serious upgrading. But the buffet place was outstanding in selection and quality. Loved it overall.

There wasn't one friendly employee here. You have to make reservations for dinner unless you want to eat buffet, the drinks they give you are in small cups, the food at the buffet isn't that great. As soon as you walk in you are hit with other sales gimmicks. The property is pretty, the beaches are nice but keep in mind you better save your beach chairs by 7am. I will be back to the island, just not this resort
Room was clean and upgraded from what was booked. So ended up with super large balcony view of pool and ocean. Only ate at the buffet and was good variety. If you are planning on beach chairs get there super early as people start holding/saving chairs as early as 8 and don’t even show up until after 11am. Plenty of chairs available after 3pm. There was seaweed on beach and water however crews were out cleaning it. Water was refreshing. Drinks were great. Pools still had plenty of room for you to swim and enjoy. Biggest pet peeve was we were there for a quick weekend get away to relax and kept getting solicited by vacation package people, spa, excursions and guys on beach.

The foods from buffets could be just improve, some foods are so blah and I have hard time to ask waiter to have a cup of water since they all are busy.
Nice resort but not enough pool & beach chairs. Too many people selling timeshares was annoying. They also advertised a Casino but no Casino on property.

Food was not good the same as last year and we needed to wait every say for more than 45 minutes to get beach towels. Something changed from last year
