It’s a beautiful place to stay at. Food was good but options were limited to reservations that were required and hard to get. Beach was nice except for the seaweeds floating all over. They do their best to clean them. Good to visit for 3 full days.

My room was diagusting. And the smell of the mold and mildew was overwhelming. The food was absolutely horrible. I lived off French fries the entire trip. Also it took us over an hour to check in.

We had a personal staff member Jose help us settle in, make reservations, answered any questions we had. The staff was very nice and polite in the restaurant. I just hoped that the resort offered more kid shows at the theater earlier most of them were little late. There was a lot of options for food for my picky eaters. Definitely will come back

I did not like the fact that my room ac did not work the entire time we where there and no one fixed it after asking multiple times. The restaurants timeing was horrendous and it was more worth goi g to the buffet than making a reservation. Also in regaurds to the room they even put us in the wrong on the wrong night. Over all not satisfied with my stay. The place was beautiful but the staffing and the way they handle things need to change.

La mejor parte de nuestra estadia fue el guest service experience "Cesar Guerrero" el hizo que la estadia sea muy especial era mi cumplean̈os y el nos dio la sorpresa de decorar el cuarto con champagne hermoso todo me hizo sentir super espcial con su gran ayuda en resecaciones con los restaurant 5 estrellas y con reservaciones en el Spa lo recomiendo a todas las pwrsonas que busquen un resort all inclusive la.comoda y la playa y la pool especially a Cesar Guerrero por hacer de nuestra experience sea inolvidable!! Mil gracias a Cesar Guerrero es muy especial oara nosotros regresaremos para obtener esa experiencia!!

The hotel was 100/10. We are so happy with everything. We just was thinking about the food but they have too many options and the food keeps warm all the time. We wasn’t expecting the hotel was that good, on pictures looks nice, but there is AMAZING. Is Top Notch. If you guys are thinking to come here you should do it. I definitely recommend going to this hotel and I hope to come back soon. You feel like in a paradise.

Property is beautiful. Resort is very large, but we figured out our way around. Food: The food was just not good. We were a large group and everyone had the same complaint. The meats were usually very undercooked. And while I understand that they cook for many people we've been to other Punta Cana resorts and food has never been an issue. Staff is hit or miss, some staff are very friendly and are helpful, other staff will do everything in their power not to make eye contact. Rooms were okay nothing special. Drinks are not good they use inexpensive alcohol. Luckily we had friends coming in on different days and had them pick up alcohol at the duty free in the airport. We enjoyed our time, but this resort is a one and done for us. There's too many other resorts that are amazing and cost the same, go elsewhere.

Our room was outdated for sure, small tv and the one in the main room was broken. Now your in the carribean so a tv isn’t a deal breaker but it’s nice to have a nice tv being that they are so cheap now adays. Door lock was broken, and they did have some black mold in the shower. We aren’t picky but we do travel a lot so we are use to 5 stars hotels and this one fell a little short of that. 3 out of 5. Food was good not great.
