We came to Half Moon Bay to visit with our son. He had some great meals at some interesting restaurants. We investigated the beaches but did not go in the water because it was May and we did not come for that. But we did see two lighthouses that I had planned on visiting. Went into many unusual shops ...
We stayed at the Oceano Inn. Great room looking over the Harbor. Very clean and welcoming. Enjoyed the fireplace wonderful ambiance for the rainy and cold visit we had in H.M.B. The Oceano Inn is in walking distance to shopping and delicious restaurants.
Staff was excellent and very friendly. We were upgraded from standard king and were impressed with the room. We had just stayed@ the grand hyatt SF and the towels and sheets were softer and more supple here than@ the 4 star grand. We will come back next visit to SF.
