Our beautiful family villa sleeps up to TEN guests. every guest has their own bed..no sofa bed required.
Situated in a gated community, the villa is on a very prestigious site with excellent golf courses nearby. The villa is disability friendly - details given below after information as to villa rooms.
Four bedrooms with 2 ensuite.. leading to the pool area, these bedrooms have super king-sized beds with wall.mounted televisions... photographs show more details
Bedrooms 3 has single bed with triple bunk as shown ..sleeping FOUR
Bedroom 4 has twin beds. these room.shar a bathroom. Again these rooms have wall mounted tvs.⁰
Two bathrooms have bathtubs plus showers and toilets with sink. whilst Bed4oom One the en suite has wet room shower with double.sinks and separate loo.

Large living room seating 10 guests..with 65-inch television that connects to all channels. Also we have a virtual telephone.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and the morning room has a large dining table.

Little Mermaid villa.orlando is based on a private gated community that is manned 24 7 .
A beautifully maintained community..it can only be accessed via electric gates (passes will be issued on arrival)
The lake on the community is vast and accessible via boating ramp..where you can fish the evening away courtesy of the fishing rods left by a fishing enthusiast husband!.
The villa.is set on what can be described as a cake wedge...2000 sq ft villa with villas either side set in a way that they do not intrude on the pool area at all.
You can enjoy the pool day and evening without anyone looking in from anywhere.
Locally, there is an abundance of places to eat..plus supermarkets. Also the new shopping park is home to.many many stores...so.whilst you shop you can also stop for a coffee at Costa etc!
We are not just on the interstate route to the parks.. we are also on a fantastic route to all national parks and areas of interest where no mouse ears nor hulk people dare venture.
The nature side of the area is to behold. It's so nice..guests have been known to take a day out visit circle B take a bbq hamper..do a walk along side the alligators wild boar etc..return to the picnic area fire up the charcoal and enjoy an outdoor bbq feast. So many do not realise exactly what the area in a 35-mile radius ( for example) offers guests staying at our villa . Venture a further 45.miles, and you're by Clearwater Beach tampa.st Pete's cocoa beach cape Canaveral and so many more.
A villa can be 10 minutes from a park but you can be stuck in traffic for 30 minutes..but beauty staying on tower lake is you drive to top of road..turn right onto interstate four and that's it..a large interstate..one road..three exits down..and that's the disney turn off..this takes you to every single.disney park downtown disney springs typhoon lagoon etc. One road..all.parks are off that exit. So stress free.
Some stay away from main parks preferring to do legoland..suitable for 11s and under we are told...also that route you have book tower..circle b etc.

The pool has an extended deck, so there is more space to relax and sunbathe!
Large living room. Lovely comfortable sofas with ample.seating.
Separate kitchen/morning room, where you will find all you require to cook! Both master bedrooms are en suite with a third bathroom next to Bedroom 3 and 4..
Everything provided to make the villa home-from-home.
An American home is not complete without a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
OUR VILLA WAS BUILT WITH THE PURPOSE OF ALL GUESTS ABLED OR DISABLED CAN USE . FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO THE POOL AREA..INTO GAMES ROOM ...ALL ON ONE LEVEL..NO STEPS OR DROPS
ALL DOORS ARE WIDER THAN STANDARD TO TAKE A WHEELCHAIR
WE HAVE ALSO A SEAT THAT CAN BE PLACED.IN LARGE SHOWER IF REQUIRED. THE MAIN MASTER BEDROOM WE HAVE BARS ADDED TO THE SHOWER..GRAB BARS..IF REQUIRED.
THESE ADAPTATIONS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT IN A WAY THAT YOU DO NOT EVEN REALISE. THEY ARE THERE. THE POOL AREA..WE HAVE ADDED A RAIL TO THE POOL STEP AREA TO HELP ENSURE GUESTS ARE ABLE.TO ENTER AND LEAVE POOL WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

THE KITCHEN HAS ALL WE HAVE IN OUR KITCHENS AT HOME. ONE THING I WILL POINT OUT IS THE COOKER..IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AS BEING ON HILIDAY NO ONE SHOULD BE COOKING MEALS!
THE VILLA.IS TILED THROUGH OUT. SO NICE AND COOL IN THE HOT SUMMER DAYS.
THE POOL AREA ALSO HAS THE REQUIRED SAFETY NET RUNNING LENGTH OF BACK OF VILLA..THIS IS TO BE USED IF LEAVING VILLA..AND WHEN POOL ISNNOT IN USE..IF SMALL ONES..IT IS ESSENTIAL IT IS IN PLACE AND KEPT.LOCKED...PARENTAL.SUPERVISION MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES BY GUESTS.
ALL ROOMS HAVE ROKU TV FREE CHANNELS.ARE.IN ABUNDANCE ALSO ACCESS TO NETFLIX YOU TUBE ETC.

WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE SECURED THE SERVICES OF A FIVE STAR MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO ARE ONNHAND IF REQUIRED.
