This motel is right off the highway and it is a simple motel. There is nothing fancy about it which is ok. Having said that, there was a dirty disposable diaper under our bed. We had our dog with us and she retrieved it for us. Upon further inspection I would say they never clean under there. The mattress and bathroom were clean, but seeing all the dirt under the beds and there being a dirty diaper makes it a no stop for future trips. The breakfast was a a yogurt, a granola bar and a chocolate muffin. No drinks, so I would just count on getting your own breakfast.somewhere else.
Location is great. This hotel should be completely replaced with a new facility. Check in took a half hour because "the system was down". Faucets leaked. Room heat pump too hot or too cold. And I could not get internet in my room.
Quiet and large, comfortable rooms. The only staff person we say was less than adequate. Sullen and very slow.
We arrived Friday evening around 7, the apathetic teenager took time from playing on her phone to check us in. There are no signs to point you to in the right direction, the rooms go from 100's to 300's on the same walkway...confusing. A span of railing had tattered Caution tape on it with no other warning of the issue. Our room was OK, however, we had 2 guests...a fly and a stink bug. NOT really welcome. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back and shoulder aches from sleeping on them. We came back Saturday evening to our room key not working. I waited in line for about a half hour while the front desk person (not the same teenager from the previous night) took his time checking in 3 guests. He did correct our keys for us. The booking on Orbitz said there was a breakfast available in the price of the room. OF COURSE, due to COVID, the breakfast area was closed...we got a paper bag with a muffin and a bottle of water for breakfast. NOT my idea of a good start tot he day. They need to change their listing of amenities!!! Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. NOT worth the price.

Nothing unique about the property. When I called to ask what exit to take off the toll road, the clerk had no idea. She had to ask someone else. Also didn't know how close they were to the exit. Wrong person to have on the desk if you ask me.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area. Also i arrived early my room wasnt ready so they gabr me anorher eith upgrade.
