We arrived about 7:30 that evening and clerk was rude. The next morning we checked out the 2 ladies were very nice. We left but we were still in town. One of the called and we had left our I pad. We went back to get it. They were very nice and thoughtful. They were definitely a 10.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. It was a nice clean place to sleep. Loved that they had areas for dogs to walk and they provided clean up areas too

I was concerned because the sidewalks were not shoveled on the north side of the building

I got what I paid for - a very cheap room. The entire place smelled like an ashtray, the hallway to the rooms needed cleaned - the same broken piece of glass remained on the floor for both days I was there. Not impressed.

Dirty and a bug on the ceiling, old rugs and broken table. Nasty smell in hallway I think people live there monthly. I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again!!!!

Horrible place. They stuck me in a smoking room and even acknowledged that I requested a nonsmoking room specifically. Do not stay here. Spend the money and go sleep somewhere else or even in your car!

I was given a smoking room when I specifically put in a NON-SMOKING order on this site. The room stank and was dingy. I didn't even want to touch anything. I asked the lady at the front desk for a nonsmoking room but I received no accommodation. Just avoid staying here. You'll be much happier spending money elsewhere. I would have happily stayed somewhere else if it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired.

The Hotel is located in a great part of Greeley with many restaurants nearby. The manager/owner of this establishment was one of the moset unprofessional persons I have ever encountered. She was negative about Oribitz and charged me an additional $20 at the time of check in.

They were ready for us when we arrived--- friendly with rooms clean and ready. Would stay again. Did have trouble with the keys working.

No one at front desk. Had to wait too long for someone to check me in. I would not have waited if it were not for the reservation I made. Desk attendant acted as if he could almost care. Room was just ok. No comfortable chair. The only thing available was a straight back desk chair. Not very comfortable for watching TV or reading. Had cable TV but the TV set was antiquated and the picture was awful. LCD and LED TV's are very affordable now and would have made this a better experience.

The room was basic, the shower was interesting, not much pressure. The hotel clerk was a crab. The pillows where aweful. What can you expect for $59 a night, you get what you pay for. The location was the only good thing about it.

Arrived at check in time and was told that there were no rooms ready yet and I should come back in a couple of hours. I was traveling on a schedule and this made things hard. The hotel was busy and there for loud but was clean and easy to get to. Considering I did get two sets of card keys that did not work and a iron that leaked all over when it turned on I want too happy with my stay.

Came to visit family. Beds were uncomfortable- no extra blankets or pillows. Very noisy all night and early morning. Asked to move rooms since bed was so umcomfortable- Moved from queen to double and was charged extra $15
