very clean

The door lock from my first room did not work. Anybody could enter without needing the key. I had to switch rooms and in the second room I found 2 bedbugs. I took a picture and showed it to the manager. Orbitz provided a refund which was really appreciated given the circumstances. Minutes later the manager calls and very rudely said I had to leave the hotel in the next 5 min. That as I had a refund I could not longer stay at their property. He was totally disrespectful. I would not recommend it at all. I would still like to point out that Lory (a lady that works there) and the Mexican maid were extremely nice at all times. But the fact that the manager was disrespectful is totally unacceptable.

The room was not bad, but the outside hallway area was very dirty and people would stand outside of our room and smoke. The tub was stained with cigarette burns and ? There was a very strong food odor coming from downstairs in the evening. Very inexpensive, and in a good location. I will probably not stay here again.

It’s a motel. Pretty much basic In every way. If your needing a cheap place to stay for one night sure. Would I recommend for multiple nights. No. You get what your paying for here.

This property claims to be a hotel. Far from one! It is a worn down motel. Room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was filthy. The sheets on the beds looked dirty and appeared to be several years old. When the problems with the room were brought to the attention of the office staff, they only apologized and said he could not provide a refund since the room was pre-paid. No other rooms were offered. The staff member directed us to contact Orbitz to request a refund for the second night reservation since it was to late to refund for the first night. We slept on top of the bed and did not dare touch the surfaces in the bathroom. Left very early morning to find a respectable hotel. Would not recommend this motel to anyone! Orbitz needs to drop the star rating to a negative star and discontinue offering this hotel.
