I was very disappointed to arrive and be told the pools and hot tubs were all closed for renovation, but no work was being done. I would have appreciated a heads up about the closure before my check-in/arrival from both Orbitz and the Clarion. Disappointed. The quality of this hotel is going downhill.

Did not appreciate the $5 parking fee they conveniently added to my bill. In fact they did not even mention the fee until I saw it on a piece of paper at the desk. I noticed one other guest asking about it and the clerk said “we charge a parking fee. “. Okay put it in your quoted price.

Hotel is ok. Normal hotel rooms. What makes this hotel stand out for me is the indoor and outdoor pools. With kids it makes it nice. Breakfast is ok. It looks good. But is very bland. They use the same waffle batter as all the other ones where it doesn’t taste good. Our waffles had a crust shape of a waffle but was hallow on the inside. No breading. Scramble eggs were super runny and looked microwaved in a bag type eggs. We ate breakfast there day one and then went out to eat the rest of the days. The one thing that really bummed me out was the internet. They have login info for phones but my phone wouldn’t connect. Called the front desk said she was sorry but the hotel was full and everyone was using it so the system wouldn’t let me connect. Tried watching the broncos game and internet tv kept skipping or freezing. If I ran a hotel id make sure that we paid for service that would handle a hotel full of guests and their tv/phone or laptop needs.

Outdated and neglected

This place is a dump, but at the upper end of the dump scale. If you can afford a better place, then don’t stay here. Our toilet didn’t work, the air conditioner was doing something, but it wasn’t cooling the room, the room had a strong odor, many items showed a lot of wear (like peeling paint), I had to wait 15 minutes to check in even though the only customer in front of me was the one checking in when I arrived, they charge $5 for parking even though it isn’t in a dense area, and the free breakfast was maybe the worst I’ve ever had.

Underwhelming and overpriced

Super 8 quality at Holiday Inn Express pricing. Inside the room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The outside looks like an old bowling alley, they charge $5/day to park in a mostly empty lot, the air conditioner sounded like a train, and the public areas outside the lobby were in poor shape. It was fine for a one night stopover, but there are much better options in the area. The pool tables are also coin operated, so make sure you have quarters if you're interested in a game.

Meets Needs

This hotel is a larger facility than it first appears and has more amenities than most. (pool tables; great pool) The decor needs updating but is functional. The room was very comfortable and all of the items worked.(refrigerator, air conditioner, toilet and shower, etc.) I had a pleasant stay.

I think it was fairly clean but hard to tell due to the fact that the room was very dated. The towels were kind of greyed, the toilet flushed continuously and the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was available but we did not partake because it was a walk or drive to another annex of the building. The staff at check in were pleasant.
