Hotel is in great location . Very close to the Grand Canyon park . The lobby area was nice and they have restaurant , and they have breakfast in the morning. However , I wasn’t impressed by the room. Door handle almost falling off , shower head and faucet almost off the wall , and not as clean . Felt like we are at a motel kind of vibe . Definitely not worth the money with spent , but I guess the expectations are not high when you want to be close to the park and not too many other options .

The room was clean and roomy, well keeps and friendly staff.

Convenient location for Grand Canyon South Rim. All was good.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Fun center for the kids including video games and bowling (even though bowling was closed when we were there), rooms were spacious and updated. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This hotel has a great location, just a couple of miles from the south entrance of the park (reason why we selected it). The hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the food and the service is really bad. We ordered shrimp cocktails to go to enjoy in our room after a long day. When we opened the containers, the smell and taste of the shrimp and chips were so bad that we could not dare to eat it afraid of being food poisoned. My wife and I ended up eating one slide of the pizza we bought for our kids after paying 80 usd for a dinner. Next morning I came to inform the receptionist (Gloria) of what happened. She seemed uninterested but offered a complementary breakfast. That same morning I needed to attend a conference call. Went down to the business center just to find out the door was not working. Came to Gloria again to let her know. She said she would be asking maintenance to come and open the door for me. I waited for 50 mins and nothing. I went to talk to Gloria again but nothing until I found a housekeeping crew member and asked her to open the door for me. Finally, we went to the restaurant. We were skipped 3 groups until I needed to talk to manager to ask for someone to take our order. They argued they were understaffed. However, plenty of people on site... but an obvious disregard for processes, distribution of roles and responsibilities, and supervision. Honestly, for almost 300 a night I was expecting much more. I will certainly avoid this hotel in the future.

Location to Grand Canyon was great. Room was fine. Daughter loved the pool. Arcade was blah. Staff was horribly trained and didn’t even attempt to try at their jobs. Advice to would be patrons, do not count on anything from this hotel. If they tell you something DO NOT COUNT ON IT. If you go in with low expectations of them then it will be fine. The staffs lack of training and abilities to do the job they are there for did not stop my daughter and I from having a great time. Be prepared!

Every time when the heat was going on in the room was causing a lot of noise I had to wake up every hour in the middle of the night to figured out what kind of noise is that

Ths pool was great both inside and outside. However, the hotel is grossly understaffed. We waited an hour and forty minutes for breakfast. When my husband was at the bar someone asked when do you close and David replied, "not soon enough." There is no room service due to COVID, which I understand, but good luck getting towels, you will be on hold forever. Nobody seems to care about anything. We asked for the manager Brandy to call after speaking with Kaitlyn ar the front desk...nada. Fortunately we were there for the Grand Canyon and not the hotel so we didn't let it ruin our time.

I stayed in a remote building and the nearest entrance door was not working, not secure.

The room we were placed in was filthy and the staff acted incredulous and didn’t care when we complained. Not even close to being worth $300 a night!

Property close to Grand Canyon park entrance and excellent breakfast. Room was okay for the one night walls very thin could hear everything and A/C loud, small bathroom, very small pillows, lumpy mattress. 1st room we checked in was not clean, floor not vacuumed, obvious stain on wall, musty odor, dirty tub, wrinkled sheets and toilet didnt work but were quickly moved. Does have good amenities like fridge, keurig, and microwave.

For the price, was expecting a little better. Overall not bad, just don’t expect too much.

Everything Was So Nice, Beautiful Room. Clean. Friendly Employees

It was nice and clean. Pillows a bit tough but overall nice experience.

The hotel is well located with very comfortable room.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The check in staff was great and the outdoor bar was a welcome place to hang out in a covid-filled world. Lots of things to do on the property and everyone was really pleasant.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We appreciate you letting us know about how your experiences transpired while in the restaurant and while seeking our assistance with gaining access to the business center for your important call. We can understand why you would have been disappointed and confused. I am so sorry to hear about how dinner was ruined, how our manager responded, and especially about the lack of care Gloria showed. It is highly unusual for us to receive feedback like this about her, as she receives the most positive feedback of anyone from our team. I am embarrassed to hear she failed to provide you with the same level of care she is known for. And that really is the case across the property; we have received so many comments letting us know we are on the right track with regard to our processes and the value we provide, but we fell short in providing you with superior care. We will continue to work harder to ensure every guest receives a consistent level of service from us. We hope you will reconsider giving us another chance so we can try again to exceed your expectations.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We understand you were disappointed by the lack of staffing at the hotel as it caused unnecessary wait times and strained interactions, as well as a general lack of care and attentiveness. We apologize for letting you down. The pandemic has taken its toll on our industry, and we are working hard to recover without sacrificing service. For the safety of our guests and employees, we have had to make modifications to the products and services we offer, as well as to our staffing levels to a degree based on our ability to safely house employees. What is within our control and has nothing to do with pandemic contingencies is the fact that we can refrain from making comments like David made, and we can make the deliveries of the towels you asked for. Further we can ensure we are contacting guests who wish to speak with a manager. We can do a better job to pay attention to these details, and we apologize again. We hope you will give us another chance in the future so we can try again to provide you with a superior experience.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We appreciate you letting us know there was a door in your building that was not working, and we understand how this could pose a security concern and an inconvenience for you. We will work hard to ensure this door is in working order, and we apologize for any uneasiness we caused you. Thank you again for letting us know, and we hope to see you again on a future visit.
