I didn’t like anything about the place the first room we got was not clean so they changed the room gave us another room and it was not cleaned so they asked us to come back in about a hour or so to give them a chance to clean the room, whoever cleaned did a half job the floor wasn’t vacuum good the bed was like someone just thrower it together, no iron, no ironing board we had to ask for it, very disappointed we were celebrating my husband birthday drove 4 hours for that
Multiple room changes, A/c units out in both rooms. Gave us a contractors fan that was covered in drywall dust. At one point the upper floor of our room was 97°. I will say the staff did everything they could at the moment but they really need to invest in their hotels condition. Then as we’re leaving we pass by the cleaning staff cleaning each room bathrooms included.... barefoot... like come on people
The room was very very dirty nothing in the room worked, 3 out the 4 fan lights were burn out. Gum was on the floor, dead roaches were in the room. As for breakfast we went 45 minutes before breakfast was over to find no food at all. Waffle mix was empty, no eggs, sausage or anything. Only cereal with no milk since they ran out. Very disappointing
Room was filthy and stank. Beds were nasty and smelled like pee. This place needs to be shut down.
Hotel hallways terrible conditions, dirty, breakfast limited option and conditions bad! Do not recommend at all.
Not a new hotel , being remodeled but room was just right for our quick get away. Staff very helpful. Had a lovely stay.
It smells really bad, it is dirty, literally you can you see the dirt on the floors and walls, only one towel in the bathroom and it was dirty and folded like "whatever", and the worst of all, THE TOILET WAS CLOGGED!! We called and nothing happened!!!! The bed and linen had stains. THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE i have ever stayed in.
mold in air conditioner. Dust everywhere. was not cleaned. Orbitz would not provide refund.
Very dirty , peeling wall paper stains every where, Fridge not working, continental breakfast very scary, would not try it.
It was old and the floor we were on looked like a demo floor.
This is an older hotel which I don't mind except the halls were nasty. When we got in the room it looked cleaner but we did find trash behind tables. The beds are worn and aged. The hotel itself was not great. The location was ok.

Our room was on the 4th floor and when we went to our room there was no towels or bath cloths , no telephone , TV did not work , no coffee maker . I had to go down to front desk to get towels . The second day they did bring us a telephone , coffee maker ( but did not work ) fixed TV . We went out for the day , upon return they had cleaned our room but they had not left us towels . I notified front desk and they brought us towels .
The swimming pool was dirty, had a lot of unkown stuff floating in it. There were little bugs biting us while we looked at the pool. They did not change our sheets, just made the bed.
